Review 1：They had WiFi problems. Also no air conditioning.
Review 2：Anna was lovely and very helpful. The pool was well-maintained. Parking was safe in private lot. Breakfast was ample.
Review 3：wi-fi offered but did not work over the two day stay - not a holiday stopper. Staff stated a cycle charge 12€ a day, per person was needed, we asked staff to check they did & cycles are free - a genuine mistake - but is pays to check/ask. We are members of and travel a lot with Hosteling International (HI). This hotel is a member of HI. It is an excellent hostel however it does not allow normal access to the kitchen for preparing your own means or storing your own food. We asked staff to store our food which they did.
Review 4：Great setting. Very quiet. Loan of cycles (city bikes). Swimming pool clean and great to use during the hot days. Lots of chairs etc around the pool + grass cut and tidy. Breakfast Italian style + a bit extra, more than enough. Staff very helpful, stored our food in their kitchen fridge, freely offered suggestions of where to eat, cycle & visit + they pre-warned us about large school groups arriving. Another place (next door) with balcony was offered, which was fine but we decided to stay in the main building, which is well furnished. Our room was large, clean and had two windows, which were needed as there was no air conditioning but a large fan was present + a large TV, local channels. The school groups were fine and well taken care of. Another pool near-by was offered free because the school groups were using the pool. Other pool nice also. Overall a chilled out place. We would return.
Review 5：Staff not there at arrival. We waited hours to get in. Hungry. No cashpoint in the village. 6km to go for a cashmachine. Extremely bad breakfast. Wifi broke down often. Very noisy other guests from theatreschool screaming and performing. Schoolgroup was there. Making it impossible to relax during our stay. No shops. No restaurants in the village. Just 1 uncozy restaurant at the local camping. Which was good.

Review 7：The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly, particularly Giacomo, Leonardo and Agnes.Casa Sul Lago has free bicycle usage for getting around the lake which is beautiful and plenty of day trips available to nearby places such as Cortona, Arezzo etc and the castle in the middle of the lake. Food is great and reasonably priced with dinner available every other night. Giacomo the owner also drove us to Siena on our day of departure as he was going there. Overall we loved the place and the people, they're fantastic.
