Review 1：renovations were going on but asides from needing to step over the odd power tool cable it didn't disturb.virtually no Wi-Fi at all, breakfast should be better. they have to call in a plumber as everyday came a smell of sewage in bathroom.

Review 3：The receptionists made mistakes twice on the two times I engaged with them. First they got my reservation wrong, and gave me someone else's bill for five nights instead of two. Then they got the timing wrong for a taxi I had ordered to the airport. The rooms and hotel in general are dated and could do with a refurb. The breakfast was nothing special. There are much classier options in Morocco for the rate they charge, but perhaps not as well situated.

Review 5：It's not up to business level quality. Forgot to give our wake-up call in the morning to catch our flight. Fortunately, had phone alarm set up. The housekeeping service is okay, not guest friendly.

Review 7：staff at the front desk are barely accommodating. full payment of 8-night stay was demanded upon arrival, before even seeing the room - non negotiable and on an unpleasant tone. overall improvable manners from reception staff. very good impression though from staff serving at the roof top bar - smile and good service that came as a nice surprise!

Review 9：Having had lots of unfortunate experiences with hotels in many Moroccancities, I give the Belere highest marks for the courtesy and efficiencyof its staff, particularly at the reception and in the breakfast room.(By the way, the breakfast was very good, too.)My room was very quiet, the sheets were of excellent quality, the WiFi worked without problem, the bathroom was impeccably clean, and the heating (needed in winter) was highly comfortable. "Just in case", there was an extra blanket in the closet, though, one less thing to ask for if one was cold in the middle of the night. The safe, large enough to put a computer in, was also much appreciated. Although I made this trip for leisure purposes, the hotel was full of contented businessmen, with whom I chatted. There was a comfortable space for them to work in the rooms, with electrical plugs easily available. For convenience, this hotel REALLY is located just a four-minute walk from the train station and the center of town. I mention this fact because I have stayed in other hotels in Morocco which stated on their websites that they were "just 10 minutes" from the center of town. This may have been true - had one been flying in a helicopter!! I only stayed in this hotel because the one in which I usually go to was closed for renovation. Now that I have discovered The Hotel Belere, I will surely return whenever I am in Rabat.

Review 11：Excellent hotel a few minutes walk from Rabat Ville station and the tram stop. Good sized room, comfortable bed and good soundproofing gave the best night's sleep I had since arriving in Morocco. Friendly staff and good breakfast, provided on the top floor terrace.

Review 12：The balcony door is bad soundproofed and swings in the wind. The tables in the breakfast area seem not to be cleaned daily, the table legs are fixed with napkins and dirty. Creaking elevator door.

Review 14：Location was great for coming in from the train station but the neighborhood was not particularly charming. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to explore. Room was good and clean, but a little on the small side. Great water pressure in the shower! We only stayed one night, probably would not recommend for a long stay.

Review 15：The breakfast room at the 6th floor need a touch up, the furnitures would be nice if replaced. It' s good to eat at the top of the Hotel but the staff did not speak French nor English but understand what we asked though.

Review 16：Bad Management attitude, I checked in late at night and very noisy constructions on site start at 8AM at till late afternoon without prior notice to the guest!. During checkin I informed the staff my flight tomorrow 10 pm and requested for late check out, I checked out at 7 pm but the charged me for another full night!!.

Review 20：I was a little disappointed comparing to my last experiences in this hotel : no liquid soap, difficulty to get hot water for shower, only local TV channels, no "don't disturb" label available, poor help to park the car. But it may be because of Ramadan time, not a good time for tourist in Morroco.

Review 27：Coming almost half an hour before B/fast ends, and facing a staff saying that we close and we finish at 10:30 is not a proper way to answer, of course I know that B/fast ends at 10:30 Anyways, I and my wife entered the restaurant and we encountered a very bad service and had been served a very few variety of food Staff ware just running so they can finish their shift on time and that's not professional at all Anyways I booked a suite princiere with B/fast but this last was not important to me as I didn't return back for it in my second and last day

Review 43：Attitude of the personnel at the reception - I was asked to pay for the room before even seeing it. When I asked for the departure place of the bus to the airport at the reception I was told there is no bus (even though I had checked before) and that I had to take a taxi for about 250 MAD. I wonder why they lied to me, when the bus stop is just 300 m from the hotel.

Review 51：The hotel staff and booking.com were unwilling to help us change our reservation. We were required to pay for all 4 nights, upfront! That problem caused us to miss an important medical appointment. The 2nd issue, the room door strike plate was misaligned and the dead bolt lock would not engage, we could lock the door ONLY when I removed the strike plate each night. Security counts!

Review 53：This hotel is a scam hotel, the stuff are nice and room are ok but they charged us with 300£ extra after leaving the hotel without notes. when they have your account details they will keep charging your account as they did for us. Be very careful with these people. I would strongly advice to avoid this hotel.

Review 54：It's orientated for travel agencies group tourists, the breakfast, the parking and everything. Kitchen even closes at 3pm because the 100 tourists leave for the sites etc..
