Review 1：The website states this property is a 2 minute walk from the beach. It is infact nowhere near the beach (or much else for that matter) it cost us $10 in a tuktuk to get the beach (discounted from $15) and $3 to the nearest restaurants. There was no restaurant on site as advertised. The staff were barely around and when they were they weren't much help. Also the WiFi did not work well inside the room and our duvet was a towel. I would not stay again.

Review 2：The room was clean and the shower worked well.

Review 3：I found the information on the internet regarding the place not trueful. and the only staff member on site couldn't speak in English. I had to ask for items which should have been in the room ie: toiletries, towels, clothes hangers etc.

Review 4：The staff can't speak any English, so when we arrived & our booking had not been confirmed there was a problem which took half an hour to resolve in the heat which was 35 degrees at the time. No fridges anywhere so our water was always warm. The track from the resort to the town was fairly long & after dark there were no lights, this in itself was ok but there were a lot of barking, snarling dogs about which was quite scary. The worst experience though was returning in the dark one night & having to pass 3 men on the track, one of which was carrying two automatic rifles!

Review 5：Room was very clean, modern & comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Nice quiet location with a wooden stilted restaurant on the water, with hammocks. The appearance of the accommodation area is very impressive & luxurious.

Review 7：A little bit far from the city center, but nice location in a village by the river. It is easy to walk from the city center (2$ tuk-tuk ride if you don't feel like walking in the dark), quiet and the bed was very comfortable!

Review 8：Location is a bit far from the center. You can walk it in daytime (15/20 min), but wouldn't advise it when it's dark because of all the dogs. Tuktuk's aren't expensive tho.

Review 10：we booked it because in the description they said "2 minutes to the beach". there is no beach!! just an ugly dirty waterfront with some huts above the water, you can´t even reach the seashore... about 25 min to walk to the city center.......... and at night there is nobody.......... tuk tuk wants to have 10 dollar to the main beach ONE WAY (for about 3 km...) and NOBODY speaks a word english in the hotel....

Review 12：Totally isolated so you need transport to go into town. Only 1 restaurant nearby which wasn't very good. We only stayed for one night and other than 2 staffmembers there was nobody around

Review 17：Lovely staff, we arrived much later than expected (around 2AM) from Phnom Penh and they stayed up to give us our keys. Nice accomodation, nice beds, showers etc.

Review 18：Take a torts with you when you walk back in nighttime. There is WiFi, but it's not working in the bungalow. The food/breakfast came from restaurant nextdoor. We found it overpriced, had better for cheaper, in places with more to see.
