Review 1：the house is situated in a rural are, so there is no internet connection in the mobile phone. Slow wi-fi
Review 2：The location is very good. That was very important for us. There are about 15 km from Alghero, where you can spend time, have walk, buy seafood and fruits in a local market. There are some beautiful beaches nearby. There is a perfect one in porto ferro, 4 km away. Moreover, in apartment you can find almost everything you want. There is a little kitchen there, which is very comfortable.
Review 3：The facilities of the apartment are correct, but it needs some remodelation. The last day we couldn't use the hot water cause the central heater was broken.

Review 5：Staying at Sa Branda was one of the most satisfying experiences I had when I decide to spend a week in Alghero ( I travel quite a lot around Europe)The apartment was charming with tastefully designed interiors and relaxing ambience. The owners Dario was very accommodating with us and he make us feel as we were part of the family we even spend few splendid night together amazing!!!!!! The apartment was spotless and as I said before very well designed and spacious . Dario was always there to recommend us beautiful beaches and family run restaurant that show us the true identity of Sardinia!! I usually don't write reviews but this place deserves it all especially Dario never meet anyone like him ,for everyone looking for a quiet , friendly and relax place.. this is like a small piece of heaven on earth!!!!!

Review 7：The accommodation is about 10 km far away from Alghero and is situated in the country not far away from Fertilia airport in the village Santa Maria la Palma. It was easy to find it. The location is perfect for exploring the beaches nearby. The best solution is to rent a car and pick it at the airport when you land. There is enough space to park it in the backyard. (Without a car the whole organization is probably far more demanding). The accommodation we had was actually a spacious studio with a kitchen with all needed self-catering facilities (the fridge and cooker included) and reasonably spacious bathroom (with needed toiletries and a set of towels). The wardrobe is spacious for all your clothes. The bed was large and comfortable. There was also an air-condition in the studio which we used sporadically since the temperatures in the fourth week of June were not so high and the nights were cool and fresh (about 19-20 C degrees). Also, there is a TV in the studio. The accommodation was perfectly clean. As this is self-catering accommodation be ready to prepare food for yourselves (there is one market in the village Santa Maria la Plama not far away from the accommodation and one in the village Guardia Grande where you can buy all things necessary for a longer stay; or you can go to Alghero where there are several supermarkets - Conad, Lidl, etc.). Another option is to go to town of Alghero to eat or to many agriturismo farms nearby. Dario and his father were great hosts. Dario is very kind and helpful with his tips regarding what to see, where to go to the beaches, where to eat or where to buy food (he speaks reasonably good English so the communication was nice and easy). Two very nice, playful and patient dogs and a purring cat were a plus to this household.

Review 9：Wonderful, very quiet place, very nice decorated apartment (inside and outside). Very friendly, helpful owner. He gave us local map, explained the main places to visit and etc. He speaks English very well. It is possibility to buy breakfast or even local wine made from owners fathers win yard! In the morning we waked up from sounds of beards and cock. It was wonderful!
Review 10：The warm and friendly welcome from Dario. We spend only one night before leaving Sardinia. The proximity from Alghero Airport is perfect. Dario is a really nice owner that indicates us a nice and typical bar and restaurant for the evening.
Review 11：Dario and his dad really know how to make you feel very welcoming. The flat in which we stayed was spacious with fantastic light, a big kitchen and comfortable bathroom. Although we were on the first floor we could go and sit out in the garden. Sa Branda is very well located and very accessible to all the beaches close by. We certainly enjoyed our holiday in Sardegna this year!

Is not a hotel so you must expect to be a part of a sardinian family and be ready for Dario's kindness and sincere smile. Surrounded by vineyard and cover by stars, this beautiful messy place has the magic that you'll never find in a central city hotel. We had a great time there.

Review 20：We came with a rented car and we haven't had any problem, but it's a little bit "lost" in the airport surroundings and you need at least a vehicle to move around. Estuvimos en el Sa Branda con un coche de alquiler, pero el alojamiento está un poco "perdido" en los alrededores del aeropuerto por lo que es estrictamente necesario disponer de un vehículo para moverse. Vam estar al Sa Branda amb un cotxe de lloguer, però l'allotjament està una mica "perdut" als voltants de l'aeroport pel que és estrictament necessari disposar d'un vehicle per moure.
Review 21：Dario is very kind and helped us in anything we asked for. The appartments have all you need and they are simply decorated but very confortable (air conditioning included). Very good quality-price relationship. Dario es superamable y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Los apartamentos estan muy bien equipados (con jabon para los platos, por ejemplo) y a pesar de que los apartamentos son sencillos, tienen detalles muy cuidados y son muy confortables. En definitiva muy recomendable por su excelente calidad precio, la mejor que hemos encontrado en nuestro viaje a Cerdeña. En Dario és superamable i ens va ajudar en tot el que vàrem necessitar. Els apartaments estan molt ben equipats (amb sabó per als plats, per exemple) i tot i que els apartaments són senzills, tenen detalls molt cuidats i són molt confortables. En definitiva molt recomanable per la seva excel·lent relació qualitat preu, la millor que hem trobat en el nostre viatge a Sardenya.
