Review 1：Very much a quick 'one night stay' hotel. On outskirts of town, only on Sushi restaurant or McDonalds nearby. The 'restaurant' was more a cafe - thought my meal was microwaved. Disappointing - not 4 star by any means.

Review 5：Although the equipment in the room had been impressive once but the air con control was unfathomable. At breakfast the floor was dirty, the milk was offered in cartons, and what staff were present were indifferent to the guests.

Review 8：Terrible location. Noisy. Hot- in September the management turns off the air conditioning. Had to open the windows, but hot, muggy and noisy!

Review 9：Checkin took forever. Getting a wifi code required staff filling in along online form which took a long time to load (so I gave up). Tv wouldnot turn off. The on/off button simply flip flopped between twochannels. Staff tied to turn it off manually, got an error message andfinally had to unplug it. Shower temp kept fluctuating. Thermostat inthe room was confusing and I couldn't adjust the temp. Two elevatorswith two separate call buttons so you had to either pick one and wait orpress both and tie up both elevators. In typical Italian style theybuilt a nice hotel and make it challenging to use.

Review 11：The parking terrain in front of the hotel did not felt very save. It is also used by consumers of the shopping centre. There were some suspicious movements of younger people around my car which made me patrol my own car.

Review 13：The young man on reception at the same time who just wasn't interested in his job or us. The air conditioning which was controlled by reception was useless and not what was expected from a state of the art hotel. Only 4 broken clothes hangers in the wardrobe and one was a wire hanger.

Review 15：The hotel was hard to find to start with. The bed wasn't comfortable and you could feel it was two beds pushed together so you weren't able to sleep in the middle. Far away from anything except McDonald's next door. Not good for the money we paid!

Review 20：The hotel is clean and modern. The hotel is located in a shopping center area, so parking is free of charge, which is a huge value, taking into consideration that parking is always an issue in Liguria - you usually don't find a space but even if you find, it is very expensive. The room had a spacious bathroom and despite of the location it was very quiet. There is a supermarket next to the hotel and the train station is near. Staff is polite and professional.

Review 23：Old blankets on the bed, this is a no-no for a 4 star hotel. Drain of the shower didn't work. Found hair on the night stand not belonging to us. The covers of the sweets balls at the breakfast dirty with finger prints not cleaned for long long time. You need a car to go to the center.

Review 40：The "do not disturb" sign didn't exist. This is annoying if you prefer to stay in during the mornings, or if you prefer to leave your stuff around. We went to breakfast without putting stuff away and when we returned the room was half-done :/ The air conditioning was very hard to use and regulate. The room stayed mainly cold. Some toiletries aren't replenished every day: we found no soup at arrival and the next day the shower cap was nowhere to be seen and there wasn't a new one.

Review 41：Easy to find. The location within the mall complex is convenient if you need something from the supermarket or pharmacy, or if you want to shop a little. A couple of places to eat are available. As for the location in the city, it's ok. It's better and convenient if you have a car. Beaches are at a 20-30min walk. The center of the city, sites, places of interest are reachable by bus (although the tariff is a little high 2,50 for 75min) or by a 40min walk. There's another (not so big) shopping center not far away.

Review 42：If you want to spend a few nights in Savona, this is not the place to be. You are at about the most ugly place in town - imagine a hotel in the middle of a parking lot, shopping mall, big roads, no connection to the city centre,...

Review 43：If you're coming of the boat from Corsica, and you just want to spend the night, and leave early in the morning, this is the place for you. Comfortable rooms, a big breakfast, and you're ready to go. Wach out fot over-expensive taxis though!

Review 44：Very bad staff. Requested a crib, called to confirm twice. Checked in at 18:30, crib was not in the room yet. Came back at 22:00, the crib was there but we had to prepare it ourselves. Unacceptable. The crib is not for free either.

The shopping square is relatively new, and the numbers have changed. Once at the hotel, this is easily forgotten! Restaurant is ordinary. Mass market hotel.

However, not in this one.View: Even if the room description promises you a "VIEW", do not expect to have an outstanding view of the sea. Most probably to have a view of a parking slot or a supermarket.

The hotel is located in the middle of a shopping mall, relatively far away from the city center (25-30 minutes walk; if you have luggages, 40 min) but for us it was not really a problem as we like to walk. Train station of Savona is 900 m, 10-15 min walk (public transportation is also available).

Walking distance to the nice restaurants in Savona town centre was a bit much (40 minutes in one direction). The hotel has more potential when they would pay attention to details. The beach close by was not really too pleasant. If you want to have a nice beach with beautiful clean water, drive to Bergeggio, Spotorna or Finale Ligure in 15-25 minutes. Would say that a 3 star hotel, not 4 stars. No free Internet, not even in the lobby.

Review 120：The style of the room (even though a bit with the expense of usability). Location if you plan to drive around in Liguria. Lots of parking place and also parking place in ground floor garage for sunny days. Breakfast was ok. Even though the wireless Internet is for 7€ per day, you can enjoy a nice cappuccino at the neighbouring McD's and surf there for free. We didn't touch to the notorious A/C and it did seem out to work without any problems.
