Review 1：I didn't have a bad experience. My only problem was the slipperyness of the shower. I was frighten that I may fall.

Review 8：Greeted by receptionist whose main messages were breakfast was served 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. sharp, and told us, since we were from SA, that there was a half hour time difference (we'd been travelling in Victoria for a week and being tertiary qualified retired professionals we have mastered this). No tourist information or guidance on where to eat. The motel is now tightly fenced in by a new Coles car park, and on the other side the back of a veterinary clinic where a sick dog howled all afternoon. Logging trucks use the highway in front so choose a room to the rear.

Review 11：Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived late to the heater on, including heated towel rails in the bathroom, and a map of where we could go to eat late. the cleanliness was exceptional and so was the service. Genuinely nice people.

Review 29：Room was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment. When we arrived we found that one of the bedrooms was in the living area and the second was in an adjoining room. The person sleeping in the 2nd adjoining room had to walk thru the 1st bedroom/living area to get to the bathroom and the person sleeping in the 1st bedroom could not go to sleep if someone was in the living area, watching TV. This is not a 2 bedroom accommodation, very disappointing. Male managers attitude was not very welcoming.

Review 87：Even though the room was nice and comfortable I did not think it was worth $155 per night. The clock next to the bed was dusty. Breakfast via room service, I ordered toast and a pot of tea. I expected that the bread would come toasted and that there would be milk with the tea. Instead I had to toast the bread myself and there was no milk provided with the tea.

It worked out well but itwasn't clear from the website description that the second bedroomwas an outcrop of the main room rather than really a second room. Wouldbe ideal for a couple travelling with children, less ideal for twoadults. Would stay again but just be aware in advance.
