Review 1：Bathrooms could use a good scrub!

Review 2：Friendly, helpfull staff. They arrange everything you wish. Very good restaurant in the neigbourhood is called " Wood House" at the roundabout go to the riverside.

Review 3：The room was clean to the eye, but could of done with a little more thorough cleaning. However at $10 a night it was fine.

Review 4：The location was great, walking distance to the town, market and riverside. The manager was awesome very friendly and helpful. Good price for basic accommodation. We ended up staying for 8 nights in total.

Review 5：This is a newly built guest house, it is very clean, the rooms are not to small and the staff couldn't have been more helpful with calling tuk tuks for tours or booking trips to help you on your journey.

Review 7：The staff at 99 Guesthouse are amazing, and accommodate your every need. They are extremely helpful in every way and make you feel as though you are being taken care of. Their english is also very good, which makes it a lot easier to communicate. The rooms are very clean, and nice for the value of money. There is a massage place on the property, i would recommend getting a thai massage for $6, it is great to relieve any tension from traveling. I would also recommend doing the tours the hotel offers. We did the Koh kong Island Tour one day and the one day Jungle Trek the day after, both were very good and the tour guides are genuine and take great care of you throughout the day. I would also recommend renting a moto bike for a day and check out tatai falls, its fresh water that you can swim in and it is very refreshing. Everything good to do in Koh Kong is listed at the hotel, they make sure you do not miss out on anything while you are there. They can also arrange bus rides around, and are extremely organized, if you know when you want to leave to your next destination i would recommend taking a private bus and book a couple days before you leave to assure a spot as the bus only fits 12 people.

Review 8：Very helpful and friendly staff, quiet area, nice, authentic little town. There belongs an excellent massage studio to the hotel. All in all a very good experience.

Review 9：The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and the wifi connection fast. Even extras like a third towel were no problem. Since Koh Kong City is not very big you can get around most of the town on foot from the Hotel. We really liked our stay here and for the price it is unbeatable.

Recommend riding to Thmorda crab house to utilise their kayaks for an afternoon. Rooms were clean and made up fresh each day. Great value for money for a place centre of town.

Review 36：I was in Koh Kong to solve some immigration issues and the staff at 99 was really helpful and efficient. The location is great (about 10 minutes from the seaside, and they lend bicycles) I would definitely recommend. Review 37：We could stay here just for relax and rest. We visited some attractions, but most of the time we went around the town with the free bicycle. There is nothing interesting in this town, but it is full of guesthouses. This guesthouse is perfect just for relax. The man in the reception all the time wants to help you. Near the hostel, there is a restaurant with donuts. Excellent for breakfast! ($0.5)

Rooms are spacious, beds/mattresses are good, clean, fan or aircon, tv, little corner for hanging your clothes, 2 bottles of drinking water every day, hot shower, mosquito screen on the window. Free bicycle use to move around the city. Manager is very efficient and always very helpful with onwards travel, bus tickets or tours. He is very attentive and knows what you want or need, even before you expressed it. Fluent in English and French.

Review 40：They delivered good value for the $10-12 I was charged, but after a week in $30 a night places in Thailand near the beach, with a pool and nice smooth linens this was too much of a come down. room needs to be repainted and linens were threadbare yet somehow still scratchy?

After a very tiring day (travel plus border stuff) it was lovely to get back to the Guesthouse and relax for a couple of hours before going out and getting some food. Review 45：The room was smelling badly, also bed. You cannot pay credit card. In the city there are 2 ATM and hardly giving out any many, I get only with Visa cards 200 USD/day. So be equipped with cash.

Review 46：99 Guesthouse covers your basic needs for stay. Room is small and with very basic equipment, no fridge. So do not estimate any luxury. The staff was very helpful and arranged all trips, transfers, etc. And Koh Kong island is nice, also jungle trekking and swimming next to waterfall.

Review 48：Really enjoyed our stay at 99 guesthouse I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who is staying in koh kong. They're English is excellent, and they are very friendly. Restaurant are very close to the establishment which makes for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Review 49：I had mosqitos in my room and it can get pretty hot there if you don't pay extra for a/c. Bathroom sink didn't work and the water always kept staying there for a while.

Manger phoned up his friend to check. He even asked the driver to bring the van to hotel.So that i can check the size of the van.Van with the driver showed up after 20 minutes.Manager speaks good English and French.I was really pleased with the services provided.
