Reviews for Hôtel La Tour Hassan

Review 1:unprofessional staff, payment was difficult and completely not transparent. Credit card was several times debited without any explanation. warranty of 300 euro was asked for one night (explanation provided: to cover costs of the minibar) completely disproportionate! overrated hotel, too pricy

Review 2:nice big rooms

Review 3:My room had a roof leak on the first day. It was quickly addressed but it indicates that the hotel should pay extra attention on upgrading the bumbling behind the beautiful exterior.

Review 4:The architecture, garden, decorations, unmistakably Moroccan but for 21st century environment.

Review 5:This is the place to stay in Rabat. The hotel offers a real imagine of morocco with outstanding facilities and traditional moroccan hospitaly . The rooms are spacious very clean and the bed is very comfortable which so hard to find in hotels even though 5 stars . I enjoyed the marvelous breakfast buffet and incredible lunch and dinner . The staff was extremely courteous and very attentive specially Fadwa , Safae and Meriem they were very helpful and professional. Even though the outstanding facilities and the luxury of the hotel but always the staff who really makes your stay fantastic . I big thumbs up specially to the girls in the buffet . Thank you girls for your hospitality and your service.

Review 6:The hotel has no garage, meaning that the car had to be parked on the street at the front of the hotel, and while it was safe, other drivers need to be aware of that. The safe is not suitable for laptops, and indeed was not fixed and could be removed! The porters might pay more attention to guests.

Review 7:This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location that is easy to access by car and is a short enough walk to all the main sites. We were given a very nice upgrade for free to a superb room with a very comfortable bed and overlooking wonderful gardens. A very well-informed receptionist with good English gave us a lot of detail about the history of Rabat which enriched our stay. The restaurant is superb with very friendly and helpful staff and features a musician playing Moroccan music on an Ud. We will stay again!

Review 8:Receptionist was totally unprofisional, location is central but not easy to reach with the car.

Review 9:My room was on garden with nice view, room clean and Bed was comfort, Bellman was very nice and helpful as well housekeeping

Review 10:The fact that the spa facilities had to be booked in advance. Usually when you want to relax after a hard day at work you tend to not know this 24hrs in advance, In a 5 star facility you whould within reason expect to be able to use the sauna when you want to, not when the hotel have a free slot. I have stayed in many hotels around the world and have never experienced anything more rediculous.

Review 11:Clean, tidy all the things you would expect from a hotel badged at 5 star

Review 12:bar service, bad, ver bad

Review 13:design

Review 14:rooms dated, facilities dated

Review 15:Nice Moroccan theme

Review 16:Not Clean, Old Furniture, did not feel welcomed nor Comfortable

Review 19:A little difficult if you only speak english

Review 20:Great Architecture

Review 21:Situatet excellence. Caring staff. Exzellent Food.

Review 22:Breakfast very pricey, would like to see this included in the price

Review 23:Clean, staff great, deserves 4 stars

Review 24:Room furniture

Review 25:Architecture, design, and location

Review 26:wi-fi

Review 27:all ... restaurants, SPA - wellness, services, accommodation, staff

Review 28:Nothing

Review 29:Location and staff professionalism

Review 30:Poor Wi Fi connection in the room

Review 31:The staff was very friendly and the acomodations werw good.

Review 32:Charm and design

Review 33:We arrived from a small hotel in Marrakech and on arrival at that hotel the staff were friendly offering mint tea and snacks. It was quite a contrast on arrival at La Tour Hassan. The booking on staff were curt and unfriendly. In the room there was no shower gel and even though the mini bar was empty until the last day they still tried to charge us for drinks we hadn't had. It's probably ok for business people but definitely not great for guess who are holidaying. We asked for a map of the city and were given a photocopy of a map that was blurred and useless.

Review 34:Excellent location. We arrived by train from Rabat and it was only a short walk to the hotel. We ate in the Brasserie twice, once in the evening and then lunch. At both time the staff were excellent. Particularly the lunch staff on Wed 21st May.

Review 35:Nice size bathroom though contrast with the rest of the room as it wasn't new. It is more a business hotel than a holiday hotel which has an impact on the atmosphere. drinks a little pricey and service a bit slow at the bar.

Review 36:Very nice room, recently refurbished. Staff very nice Very good location, right in the centre of town. Would stay there again.

Review 37:As Rabat does not have many nice and luxurous hotels it was realy great to spend some days here, enjoying the pool (not so big but romantic). Every where there is WIFI but you must change your connection to bar or general. Breakfast is not cheap but a wide variaty. Staff is very helpfull and friendly.

Review 38:The ligthing in the room, the bathroom shower would not sit in place and splattered water on the floor. The breakfast buffet almost basic for what it pretends to be and the price is in no way justified.

Review 39:The staff were efficient and friendly and the wifi connection was excellent

Review 40:Coffee machine or kettle in my opinion sould have been available in the room as common 5-star standard! Restaurant over priced!

Review 41:Location close to main train station (Rabat ville) and also to tram way! i stayed in a superior room with garden view which i would recommend becasue it is very calm and quite; room is spacious with large King-size bed, clean and modern! Wifi connection was stable and ok throughout my stay! Staff were helpful and friendly!

Review 42:Wifi needs to be consistently good throughout the hotel - not just limited parts of hotel. Service was spotty - either excellent or chasing down waiters as guests were fighting for attention from a handful of staff

Review 43:Good for business travelers and for those on vacation. The gym could be better, but has what you need, although extremely basic. Food was good as was the pool - when I had time between work meetings to go. Wifi was good in some parts of the hotel, but not all.

Review 44:The staff was terrible. Did not know how to smile or respect guest. Is it a human being nature to invite guest to your house and bot treating them as much as a guest should be treated with? This hotel's front desk worker proves you so.

Review 45:Its very convenience as it situated near the centre of the city. It has fabulous facilities. Its dining ambience is great.

Review 46:nothing really major, apart from the excessive price of the breakfast

Review 47:The staff is very friendly and professional. they pay special attention to guests and do all what's needed for their comfort. The breakfast is great, although a bit expensive compared to Moroccan cost of living. the roams are in very good condition and the hotel is well positioned in the city

Review 48:The Wi-Fi was a little bit unstable.

Review 49:Wonderful bed, wonderful shower, amazing decor. The hotel is so beautiful! We loved every minute we passed in this hotel.

Review 50:- Food improbable. - Low average outdoors. - Views from the room without interest.

Review 51:- EXCELLENT suite: big, nice and clean. - Several charming ambients for the restaurants. - Elegant Indoors and yard. - Good location ( by car ). - Very good for the price. Hard to improve.

Review 52:Not very well situated or equipedfor taxis. I had to wait for mine 20 minutes. An hotel of this level should have taxi ready at doorstep. Otherwise no negative comment

Review 53:Very good standard of equipment and facilities. Excellent breakfast. Very good Wi fi. Nice garden for leasure.

Review 54:the view from the room was not good

Review 55:the location

Review 57:quite pricey for what you get

Review 59:Lobby too dark, room too small, too expensive for what you get

Review 60:very nice hotel little bit pricey for the location
