Review 1：The hotel shows its age and needs to be refurbished.
Review 2：Very good location, lots of facilities indoor and outdoor pools. Good selection for breakfast. Big rooms and amazing vue. We like the cableway to get to the wellness centre and the pools!

Review 4：Would have been 100% if it had reserved parking. You have to pay extra for things you do not use such as beach. Otherwise OK.
Review 5：The lift system is a total disaster. It is a hotel built on a mountain and you can not be there with kids without using the elevator. It is in glass, super hot, always busy and you spend your days waiting for the panoramic funicular. The buffet is not generous and you have to stay in line forever to get a piece of meat. The deserts are not good and they are not really exploiting the best of the Sicilian cuisine.

Review 9：I do not propose this hotel to anyone, because the minibar for abusive grizzled administrator, who gave a triple room Nr.2102, a room above the ceiling to install sewer pipes and heard some of the very top of someone allows water drainage leaking bathroom so had to lay towels on the ground, the room was only one small window. Leaving the hotel administrator still asked to pay 40 euros for the use of a swimming pool and a bar. All this we filmed. The hotel is very old saw repairs. Very old and dirty hotel.The third man was impossible to sleep because the bed length of only 185 cm

Review 24：staff was extremely unhelpful. way overpriced, for almost 200 euros per night i would expect a much nicer facility. there were additional charges on top of the reservation charges (eg extra charges for beach access). rooms were very basic, more like a 2 star than a 4 star

The Fine Print
The resort fee is a compulsory Club Card of EUR 5 per person per day. It includes access to the beach and leisure facilities including mini club, access to swimming pools and to the gym, evening entertainment, 1 parasol and 2 deckchairs at partner beach. This fee is not payable for children under 4 years.
