Review 10：Well, first thing - hotels room looked very old, my bedding had cigarette holes so I didn't even want to sleep with this bedclothes (fortunately I taked my sheets), bathroom very old, shower didn't work properly (was like one stream of water), tv didn't work, I don't know why, just it didn't. air conditioning didn't work (well sometimes for 2 minutes), during the nights was a little bit cold, I had problems with the internet, and I had to ask 5 times about it, and finally after second day I got it. The view from the window - well no view just big wall (another builiding), so during day there was no normal light from outside. Breakfast very poor but for Italians maybe ok. So if you want to safe some money maybe it's ok, but I will not stay in this hotel ever again.

Review 11：Localisation was perfect, just 5 min walk from central train station and from the centre and beach. The personel, well it depends but generally helpfull.

Review 12：The breakfast was rather poor and if you are going at 9 o'clock, it is possible that you don't find all the stuffs even the breakfast time is from 7:00 till 10:00. The acoustic isolation of the rooms was very low. You can hear everything that is happening around.

Review 19：The "family room" was incredibly small. This is quite possiblythe smallest room I have ever stayed in--including simple single rooms.It definitely shouldn't have been considered a "familyroom". The first night we were there it was incredibly hot in ourroom. We just figured the room didn't have ac for some reason. Wespoke with the management the next morning and they said that the acshould be working. Long story short, we were without ac for most of ourstay, and had to be very persistent to get it working (like a phone callat 2am to the front desk to ask them to turn-on the AC--we were toldthat the ac was "resting"!). Apparently the ac runs on sometype of timer controlled by the front desk, and they claimed that theysimply weren't running it full-time because "it wasn'tsummer yet". Lastly, Pescara seems to be a nice place, but theactual street the Hotel is located on seemed sketchy at night.

Review 20：We stayed here to participate in the Pescara 70.3 Ironman triathlon inJune 2013. It's close to the race venue (400-500 meters). There isa great parking area at the Pescara Central Train Station that is veryclose to the hotel (200 meters), and it is cheap (2.50 euro per day)The breakfast was good; not great, but good enough. There is a verysmall park with a couple of items the kids can play on. I wouldrecommend only hitting the park during the day because the neighborhoodgets sketchy at night.
