Review 1：Little bit modest breakfast

Review 2：This B&B is perfect, it's better then many hotels. The room was big, update, with new furniture and very clean. Shared kitchen with kettle is perfect. Also you can take an umbrella or a rug for staying in the beach. Location is amazing-5-10 mins from the seaside and 7 mins from train station to go to Rome. Street, where this cosy hotel located is very silent. It's pleasure in the evening to sit in outside tiny garden. Many thanks to the host!

Review 3：The hotel (B&B) is located about 10 min walk from the beach and 10 min walk from train and bus station (Lido Centro). The hotel is clean, has free wi-fi, TV, big bathroom, air condition so you can spend your day on a beach and then hide from sun in your room. We liked it and highly recommend it.

Review 4：Really weak water pressure. Taking shower is a challenge. Plus setting water temperature is somewhat almost impossible.

Review 5：Great accommodation, 7 minutes walking to the free beach. Large rooms with individual shower/bathroom. Cozy kitchen with all the necessary plus snacks and drinks (milk, tea, coffee, variety of juices). Nice patio outside of the building.

Review 6：...and if not for the disco that seems to be just above the room, it would be perfect. But I must add that the disco starts at about 8pm and finishes at about 12pm, so in case you are a late bird, you are not going to have any problems with that.

Review 7：It combines almost everything you would want of a resort, just 5 minutes from the beach, inexpensive, clean, with nice and helpful staff...

Review 8：There is a disco next door. It didn't stop us sleeping and it was finished by midnight (Wednesday). Songs included "YMCA" and an Italian version of "Agadoo", so not even a good disco! Without the disco, My Room Roma would be perfect. We would stay again.

Review 9：The quality of the rooms and en-suite is of a very high quality. It seems a new business which is developing extremely well. The members of staff were excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast in the café next door where it was interesting to watch the friendly local people. The accommodation is in a good location, no more than 10 minutes walk to the railway station (Rome about 40 minutes and only 1:50 euro each way), beach and centre. Extremely good value. We would stay here again.

Review 10：There's no wi-fi, poor breakfast. Firstly was easy to find this hotel.

Review 11：Walking to the sea is about 5 minutes. New, bright room with everything we needed. There wasn't hot inside. Friendly staff. Sales for using private beach. Nice bars and shops around. I recommend Paninoteca, near the apartments.

Review 13：A realy caring and friendly attitude from the owner. Good location - very close to the sea and beach (both public/free of charge and private) as well as very close to the railway station which made trips to Rome very easy. And also it is close to the supermarket and the central street which is full of people and action in the evening. A very cosy backyard... Friendliness and care of the owner - Daniele.

Review 18：Just info. You go there by metro from Termini. Nice and just 50 minutes from Rome center. You change the metro line once during the trip.
