Review 1：We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The surrounding is surreal in the morning, place is very quiet, the contact person is a multi-skilled Italian woman, who impressed us with how well she runs her activity: receptionist, housekeeper, bookkeeper, cook, server. The staff is larger than 1, but it is so well coordinated, we felt like in a 4* hotel. The food is really tasty and if you you have a sweet tooth, try the desserts any time of the day, as they are cooked by the owner. Heaven for taste buds!
Review 2：No aircon in the rooms and it was very hot at night in the rooms.
Review 3：Friendly staff and Isabella organised everything for us. Hotel is clean and in a beautiful lake region. You could rest and just get your bearings for the busy city's. Food were to our taste.

On leaving, the hotel's credit card system was not working and the staff asked me to pay by bank transfer when I got back to England. I thought this was very trusting of them. Instead, I went to the nearest bank (1.5KM) and got some cash to pay the hotel bill.

Review 9：We travel quite a lot and this hotel was by far the best we have ever stayed in for the price. The staff were very friendly, went out of their way to please us. Breakfast and other food was excellent. Our room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Views are beautiful and there are lovely walks. We will definitely go back again and recommend it without any date
Review 10：Hotel staff spoke very little english but we manage to understand each other without too much hassle so not really a bad thing. More of a funny thing. Breakfast is lacking for choice, but I believe it is suitable for the money that you pay.

Review 31：Quiet location, down a small road on a lake at the top of Lake Como. Views straight onto the lake and easy access to walk by the water. Friendly hotel, keen that we should all be happy and kind to our fumbles with Italina. Basic, bright and clean rooms with relaxed breakfasts. Meals in the restaurant were tasty and very good value. Very local feel to this family hotel. Lovely! What a find! Ideal for our family weekend break with ages from eighty to forty. The terrance at the front of the hotel was well used by our group.

Review 33：The Hotel Del Mera is a small family run business that really wanted to please and this showed in the way that all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were large, fresh and well prepared; the evening meals were very tasty and well priced. The Hotel was located in a quiet village and it was easy to walk alongside the river that ran into Lake Como. This was a great stopping place prior to travelling over the Alps.
