Review 1：Parking is provided, but don't use your enterance card for a second car (in my case to transfer some luggage into another car while the rain was pooring down). The system will go berserk and so will the lady from the hotel. Apart from that friendly and helpful staff.

Review 2：Superb location, about 100 metres from the sea. The rooms could use some modernising, but everything functions. Breakfast in Italy is not what people from other countries usually expect, but for Italian standards this breakfast was far above average.

Review 3：this hotel is really set up for the ferry travellers. location on the sea front (OK it is in a side road but this is only a few yards difference) means a straightforward drive for the early morning ferry. Breakfast is available from 6am if you are hungry at that time. Always helpful staff and secure parking. close to the beach but most are private although there is public access not far away

Review 4：The staff are friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help you. Excellent parking facilities and the location is right across the beach. Excellent English and Italian speaking skills. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review 5：The room was tiny. As in, it was a small double room that they'd shoved four beds into. We could barely move around, and couldn't open our bags. The shower also wasn't hot, only lukewarm. Breakfast was okay, with an average selection and stale bread. Although they did make fresh tea and coffee on demand. All together I felt that over €100 a night for a room the size of a large cupboard was a little excessive. Not sure that I'd stay here again.

Review 6：The location was amazing, less than 100 metres to the beach! The wifi was good and the staff spoke perfect English and were very friendly. Airconditioning was also much appreciated.

Review 12：Very helpful owner and staff. Hotel is situated near the beach and 25 minutes from the railway station. Very clean and comfy but there is no elevator and for people with restrictions it could be the case.

Review 51：This hotel is owed by its operators who assure you a warm welcome and are always willing to provide advice and guidance. English is spoken and in fact is the native language of la signora. The included breakfast is excellent and is embellished by handmade cappucini. The hotel is convenient to the train station but is only half a block from the main sea front drive, the Corso Vittorio Veneto. There is a vertical sign at the corner of this road and the Via Leoncavello but the hotel itself is marked by a large sign saying only HOTEL.
