Review 1：I wish the room had a mini-fridge, maybe that's not to be expected in a $10 fan-only room. I don't recall if the air-con rooms come with mini-fridges or not.

Review 2：Nice, clean, friendly place. I only stayed for one night, but the hotel was well located- near a good restaurant (they *do* have their own, which is fine), and free transportation to the bus Stn in the morning.

Review 3：the staff was rude,always trying to get money from us (they tried to charge extra for a room we didn't reserve, pushing to have breakfast, tuktuks&tours with them). When we asked if they could call to our bus company -because our free tuktuk to station was late- they didn't help because we haven't booked with them. We explained we had a free tuktuk, but still the drivers were harassing us... annoying and aggressive people.

Review 6：Professional, helpful Staffel, great location to go to the Airport. Skytrain in Front of the door and a family market with cheap food opposite. Everytime again.

Review 7：There is a night club next door that had music going till 6am in the morning. This is on a Tuesday in low season in a quiet little town. It is unlikely i will stay there again because of this reason. Travelers in transit want to have a good nite sleep.

Review 9：At first, the hotel seemed really nice, especially the pool area and the rooms looked good. However, the reception seems a bit dodgy. We did not book a bus ticket at the hotel, but got is elsewhere, which they did not really apreciate. And at the day of check out, they seemed to be delaying us on purpose, just to make sure we had to take a tuc tuc waiting outside.

There was also building work going on so there was a lot of noise and huge amount of rubble everywhere During the hour that we were there werepeatedly tried to get some attention from the staff they were totally uninterested in our problems.When we demanded our money they started to argue that we used their hotel so we are liable for the cost. After a huge row they refunded the full amount and checked out

Review 14：I like the room i got. It was the VIP. Very clean and spacious with good tv channels selection. Though there were 2 dead cachroaches i found when i get up in the morning.

Review 15：Wifi signal very poor-no repeaters anywhere. No kettle. Mould was on ceiling. Maids failed to clean room on the day we stayed. Staff overly keem to sell tours. Restaurant had no deserts for kids although big ice cream sign outside.

Review 19：the upstairs rooms are rotten with holes in the ceiling and mold. When I tried to open one of the wardrobe drawers it came off in my hand it was so rotten. The upstairs rail is extremely dangerous and corroded. Do not book upstairs whatever you do!

Review 38：-There is a disco adjacent to the hotel and your wall is shaking bass music until morning... -To pay "Valid visa card" said, but it was faulty POS machines!(in my opinion, is a big lie...) -Internet connection is not strong everywhere...Was supposed to go to the balcony for a strong internet connection... -The pool is just for show...It seemed a small dirt particles in the water,do not take risks you can be infected! -Tuk tuk drivers waiting always at the door of the hotel...Not only chauffeuring jobs...They are trading in drugs and prostitution...

Review 40：The man at reception was not helpfull at all. He didn't help us to organise transport (he even interrupted us when we where bargaining with a tuktuk driver, saying that we should pay more). The swimmingpool is big but, unless you have a room downstairs, you don't have any place to sit or relax. So you have to stay in the water or walk to your room right after.

Review 42：Location is right next door to a disco which starts at 10pm and goes onuntil 3.30am. There are alot of dogs close by which then start barkingwhen disturbed by the disco patrons exiting. We found it unreasonable tobe charged $2 for a cup of week instant coffee in a mug. We were notinformed that the swimming pool, the main reason we booked this hotel,was under going repair. If we had been informed we would not have bookedto stay here. Really bad smelling drains in the bathroom.

Review 45：the hotel is located next door to a nightclub, which makes it kind of noisy. if you don't mind the noise, or don't mind sleeping with earplugs, it's ok. shower's kind of sketchy.
