Review 1：The surrounding area is not really friendly for a walk during the night but it was ok.

Review 2：Location is in the uptown, but the underground station is next to the hotel. The staff was very nice, the hotel was fully booked and we got a bigger room for the same price. The (bigger) room was clean and comfortable, equipped with Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfast is fresh and more than enough. :) The staff was quick and helpful during the breakfast, they had a nice world to everyone.

Review 3：Location just by the U3 station (10m) so easy to go everywhere in Vienna. You can park your car at Edberg Park and Ride (3,4euros per day) and you have only 2 stations to the hotel.The hotel is clean, nice breakfast.

Review 7：The premium room picture on the booking/hotel web sites does not match the actual room. It's one of the rooms, but it's normally not available, and it's likely that you'll get a simpler one. The ceilings are not painted (unpainted concrete, design decision). Hotel does not have a restaurant.

Review 10：The hotel is new, so it's very clean and stylish. The room was exelent with great view on the city. The girls at the reception were just amazing, very cute and kind. We stayed for the weekend and the great thing was the breakfast until 12.00, so you can sleep a little more. The food was also good. The hotel has free wi-fi, and it works very well. Another great thing about this hotel was the underground station (U3) right next to the hotel - 10 meters from hotel door! 10 minutes with U-bahn and you are in the center of Vienna - at Stephansplatz. And the hotel also have a underground garage, so eveything is great! The grocery market is also right next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would definetely recommend it!

Review 11：It's somewhat unbelievable that the hotel doesn't keep any irons in the entire facility. To me, that is simply outdated. The shower area is strangely designed. There's no possibility of keeping the foot towel close to the door which leads to water spillage in the bath room. It's a simple issue of designing the door or the floor in a way that allows close contact between the towel and the door thereby absorbing the water from the shower.

Review 12：Great connectivity by train; proximity to the train station. Of course the staff was friendly and generally very courteous.

Review 14：Location of the hotel is great. In the next building is entrance into subway which brings you direcrly to the city center . Near the hotel there are a lot of caffes . Internet was working perfectly in the hotel and it is for free. Very clean room and nice, comfortable bed.

I really need to mention the hotel staff is amazing: employees at the front desk very helpful, the cleaning ladies are very polite; the ladies from breakfast room are just like bees, and last but not least, the hotel director, Mr. Christian Graf, is a very special person and truly a profesionist. We totally recommend Simm's!

It was full occupancy when I stayed which consisted in the main of tourists which I guess can only be expected in mid-summer with the train station right next door. But I would liketo inform you, that this is not a price for 24 hours. If you decide togo out from the hotel for few hours the automate will charge youadditional the payment is per hour. After that when you left your car tosleep in the hotel, in the morning you have to pay 18 eur. Also when wehave a problem with parking automate, the staff told us to that thisisn't their problem, because the parking system belong to other firmand they cant do nothing and we 3 times go to reception and back toparking to resolve problem and this all when we were late for meeting.However just to inform you - there is a button /not telephone/on the parking system and person who will open it, but the systemcharged us of course 20 euro.

Review 97：The district where the hotel is located was very bad and didn't seem safe. It was far away from the city center, although it was near the metro station, you have to keep changing lines and there was no proper restaurant around. Additionally, the photos of the hotel on the website is deceiving, cause the actual hotel is not that pretty or large. They didn't even serve lunch or dinner and the breakfast is quite poor and expensive for the quality. There is even no room service! Sometimes, they didn't even answer the reception phone. We were there for a conference, but we didn't get what we expect. Moreover, price for one night is expensive compared to better hotels.

Review 100：-I had an early arrival that I announced through the website. I was there at 7 am and was told to come back at 12:00 (5 hours later). I'm aware of the check-in time but not having any room available for 5 hours is something that you don't see in every hotel. -The neighborhood is not somewhere where you would go for a walk after it gets dark.

There is a train every 5-6 minutes. -WiFi was excellent throughout the hotel. Good signal and fast connection. -There is a nice (good brand) big LCD TV in the room that also played video files through the USB port.

The hotel is brand new or recently renovated, with modern design. Our room was on the 8th floor and we had a beautiful view of Vienna, while we were having our complimentary Nespresso. The room was spacious with a modern, big bathroom. It was clean and very warm and there was hot water all day and night. The staff at the reception was polite especially the gentleman, that was night shift on the 23d and 24th of January, who was more than helpful! Very good experience, we will certainly prefer Simm's Hotel again, next time we visit Vienna. Moreover, the wi-fi was very fast with excellent reception and didn't need any passwords!

Every single thing that I experienced there and that I can think of, is positive. The location is not in the centre, but really less than 10 minutes away from everything in Vienna with subway that comes every 3-4 minutes - it is literally next door to the subway station, so you do not have to walk anywhere to get to transport. Internet works perfectly in the room and everywhere. There is TV, phone, various services you might need and that you expect from a hotel like this.
