Review 1：There was nothing we did not like!
Review 2：Up a small off-the-map road, surrounded by vineyard and olive groves, the Villa Barbarina is a little gem. A little more motel style than hotel perhaps but immaculate, friendly, very comfortable and real value for money. And to cap it all they have a decent ristorante/pizzeria which, while we were there, attracted a lot of locals - always a good sign! I can't recommend it highly enough.
Review 3：They neglected to clean/refresh my room until I reminded them late in the day. They were very apologetic about the oversight, however.
Review 4：Good and quiet location close to airport. But you need a rent car if you want to explore more of the area in that part of Sardinia. Food is very good.

Review 20：What can I say about Villa Barbarina..Luxury at a cheap price. Set in it own grounds near to the airport, Villa Barbarina is the perfect place to stay if your looking for luxury on a budget. The rooms are furnished to a high standard, the owner was very helpfull.

Review 26：Beautiful setting down a quiet lane, amid well tended olive groves and parkland. Swimming pool at the front of a colonial-style , modern building, with suberb individual suites attached. Spacious, luxurious rooms with balconies, air con and state iof the art bathrooms. Most of all, the staff are exceptionally efficient and welcoming. The customer really counts in this place. Food is also excellent,-fresh produce, and flavoursome regional specialities.An excellent centre for cycling (road cycling in particular), as there is a network of well surfacde roads, and a huge variety of terrain, from flat plains through vineyards to some serious climbs south from Alghero. We will return.
Review 27：Very close to the airport. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided a superb service. We arrived well after the restaurant had closed, because of a late flight, and a delicious cold buffet was produced for us to enjoy at the restaurant, together with wine. This would be an excellent centre for road cycling, as the management is pro-cycling, and has set up workshop facilities. Groups are welcome, and well catered for. We also stayed here at the end of our week's tour, and enjoyed a delicious hot meal, cooked by the excellent in house chef. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. We will certainly return.
