Review 1：Bad Accoustics: barking dogs in the neighborhood, thin walls. Appartement doesn't look quite finished at some spots. Bad WiFi.

Review 3：The owner is very friendly and ready to help in all matters, apartments are new and clean, perfectly equipped. The terrace has a beautiful Etna view. Close to the shops, the beach is 1km away.

Review 4：The location... I booked this focusing on distance to the beach... It was a horrible walk to the beach! We were walking on broken glass, dried up weeds, trash, and dirt. Do not try to go to the beach without a car (which is unfortunate since the beach is so close). However, I do not even recommend going to that beach... It was small, the chairs and umbrellas were not worth the money, and there were no fish or sealife in that area.

Review 5：The place itself and the host was very nice. When we told the host about the wifi not working, she gave us suggestions. Unfortunately none of them worked. When checking out, she let us know that she had already contacted the service company since we were never able to connect to the wifi.

Review 6：Le Case di Seba is just fabulous. Seba is great host, friendly, helpful, makes sure you feel wonderful in his Casa. Beautiful modern apartment is excellent and has all you need. Outstanding terrace on the top with beautiful view on Etna. And you have to visit the shoe store next to the Le Case. We definitely highly recommend Case di Seba.

Review 7：Maria was so nice, helpful and understanding with us. The apartman was big, clean and comfortable. There was two bedroom, living room, kitchen, lovely bathroom, and two terrace with fantastic view to Etna. I recommend to everybody!

Review 8：Small room, but it is clean and has everything you need. Nice large balcony. Stuff very kind and ready to help. There is a garage, but we parked on a street, it's free and safe. There are stores and bars nearby.

Review 9：This beautiful modern apartment was very cozy and comfortable. It is very well situated. There was always parking any time of day. It is about 10 km to Taormina and less than a km to the beach. Beautiful view of Mount Etna from the balcony. Walking distance to café, supermarkets and bakeries. Very good restaurants along the sea. The owner, Sebastiano was very pleasant and very helpful. He will go out of his way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Next to the building, there is a trendy shoe store which you must visit. The people in the neighborhood are very friendly. Mascali is a very heartwarming town. We definitely recommend Casa di Seba. It is home away from home.

Review 11：(1) I can`t write what I like in just three sentences but i will try, (2) Luxury Stylish apartment with a warm touch of a home with all that you need We were very satisfied with this apartment It is a spacious, modern with a fully equipped Kitchen, an apartment with all the comfort one can imagine. I always spent the morning hours on the charming balcony overlooking Mount Etna. (3) I can assure you that the owner, Maria goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable to the full .

Review 15：The performance of the WiFi could have been much better. If it worked, this was only temporarily. Sometimes you had to try 10-20 times to connect. Except for the beach, there's not really very much to do in the town.

The apartment had a very nice common roof terrace, that has excellent views on the sea side and even Mount Etna. We liked the friendliness of the staff, providing good information and willing to help at all times. Good restaurants in the direct neighborhood. Good connection for trips to Mount Etna and Taormina.

Review 17：The house is next to a local road with a steady traffic and a church, which bells ring regularly, so it is a little noisy.

Review 18：The owners Seba&Maria are amazing! Very friendly and helpful, gave us a lot of useful tips! The apartment is spacious and very clean. Location is ideal for travellers with a car, close to the beach and main tourist attractions, many shops and local food restaurants within a short drive distance. If you are looking for an authentic sicilian experience this place is a perfect choice.

Review 19：The apartment was in mint condition = newly equipped. The parking space was a nice addition. The hostess and her family were very friendly. We will never forget the party held on the terrase, where we had the possibility not only to taste the great variety of Sicilian homemade food, but also to sing and dance as well as meet guests of other nationalities. It was great fun! The view of Etna from the terrace is also captivating!!!

Review 20：The owner's family members are all very friendly and warm-hearted. We joined in a party with other guest and Maria' family. It was a fantastic night. We have had a lot of trips around Europe with our young children. This hotel is the best for children. The baby bed is new and clean with good quality. Maria also provided a baby bathtub to us for free. The room is very big and my boys have enough space to play. There are 2 doors from living room to bedroom, so When children sleeps in the bedroom, they are not disturbed by us at all. The hotel is newly decorated and I think the owner has very good taste! I like the apartment a lot! There is an underground parking place for guests and two supermarket nearby. There is everything we need for cooking in the kitchen. The beach is about 2-minute far by car. The best thing is that the hotel is right under Etna. We can see it on the balcony at any time. It is excited to see and hear Etna at night! Here is not far from Taormina and Catania by car. We love the hotel, love Etna and especially love Maria and her family!

Review 38：Beautifull new apartment in Mascali. We were in apartment 'Vitulia' which was spacious, with a big table, comfortable couch, nice bed but a bit too short (but mind you, I am a 1.90 Dutch guy, so smaller people will have no problem with the bed), airconditioning, good kitchen and big fridge. The apartment building lies in a small and quiet part of Italy which made it very nice for us. The location is good, Toarmina, the Etna, Catania and Messina are all within an hour drive. The owner, Maria, was a big plus for us. She was very understanding in helping us getting streetwise in Sicily. We had a lot of Whatsapp contact (the wifi comes in handy here), and she helped us finding bars where we could watch the World Championship Football (Holland!!!), nice restaurants, scooter rental and was very interested in our daily activities and how our vacation went. She was also very flexible with the arrival and departure times. We sincerly recommend Le Case Di Seba for vacation on Sicily. Thanks for everything Maria! Gr. Marina and Jip

Review 40：Owner Maria is very helpful and friendly.Building is brand new with modern touch,apartment is big and cosy,terrace is all arround it.They have gated parking space in undergorund garage.Beach is 2 min with car,shops are nearby,Mascali is right under Etna so trip will take you 35min to get Rifugio Sapienza,Taormina is 20min away.

Review 41：Excellent sibling owners. Very helpful from getting milk for our baby to taking me around to garages when our car tyre went flat. Brand new apartment with appliances (no kettle/toaster - we didn't need them anyway) Not far from the beach - about 1 km away. Having Wi-Fi would have helped us save some time by planning ahead our trips but it still helped us by all of us not being on mobiles/tablets all the time and spent our time together. Had to squeeze into the shower cubicle a bit, but mind you I'am huge. Easier to move around to Etna over the west, Taormina to the east, Catania/Siracusa down south. Overall excellent choice of place for the price.

Review 42：Sebastiano and his sister were very professional and always available for anything we needed. The lock up garages were also a big plus.
