Review 1：The window in my room would not stay opened and no attempt was made to fix it.

Review 2：The front desk people were very friendly and most helpful...and I heard them fluently use at least four languages!

Review 3：It´s difficult to find without a car. No map of Savona shows the road to the hotel. The tourist map given at the hoteldesk is very poor. Wy not tell about the busses on the hotelpage?

Review 16：We booked the hotel for a week (also by a colleagues recommendation) but extended the stay because of the price and the facilities and surely to mention the sumptuous breakfast and the reasonably priced dinner buffet (its lower priced for just one plate) or a favorite second course and the friendly and pleasant staff. I think we are well looked after. The beach is close by and provides a nice view from most of the rooms, from the balcony. Heartily recommend it. Also close to the Tpl linea bus stop.

Review 19：Perfect location just off the main road and as I was travelling from Nice to Turin the location couldn't have been better. Beach within walking distance as well so not much more you could ask for!

Review 29：I was given a room that someone had smoked in. They changed my room. Room was pretty bad had a lot of ants, fridge was very noisy. Bed was so bad that spring coils cut my circulation in my arms and woke up because of this problem. Eventually I placed the 4 pillows on the bed and slept on top of the pillows. WIFI on second floor wasn't working so could not get much work done. Do not recommend at all, specially not if you are for business purpose.

Review 31：The price per room was extremely high looking at hotel facilities and especially to the surroundings. The hotel's poll was almost non-existent, the breakfast was poor and from the room you can hear the train which is quite annoying in the night.

Review 61：Paper thin walls and people were very loud at all hours. I was told onbookings, when I asked if I could leave my car there for a week while Iwas on a cruise, that there would be no charge for this service. I wassurprised and delighted by this but when I got there they said it wouldbe 5 euros per night. Then when I paid they charged me for 8 days eventhough it was only 7 nights because they charge by the day.

Review 63：We were there out of season, no pool, dirty windows. Restaurant was closed on evening so we went to neighbor port.

Review 64：The receptionist was friendly, she even checked if we did not pay too much for taxi (12 euro to train station). Hotel is clean, the lift is small but then you go twice.. no problem. Not far by taxi from Costa cruise ship port. Good matraces, tv, view. Nice simple breakfest, lovely cappuccino.

Review 65：Noise from main road, noise from railway. Filthy decrepit semi industrial area. Filthy beach & the fact that the hotel was considerably less than honest. Before booking, we phoned to check that pets were allowed. They had the opportunity to tell us that the top floor only was open due to re decoration. No restaurant, but they offered to get us a pizza delivered to our room!! Everything covered in a thick layer of dusk. Hotel located in the forecourt of a disused service station/garage.

Review 66：The stylish rooms had glass table tops immitating the broken glass, the corners were quite sharp, and as I had kids with me, I had to cover all the corners with the clothes to prevent an accident. No problem if you tarvel without kids.

Review 67：everything, even though it is a motel, it actually deserves a higher rank. Perfect service, I travel a lot, staying in mid-range hotels and in Miro the staff was super. Next time in Savona, i would liek to stay there again.

Review 83：Motel Miro was a fantastic find and certainly provided much more than wewere expecting for the price. The room was large, modern and funky witha balcony and big bathroom. The included breakfast had lots of hot andcold options, and the restaurant staff were extremely good - in theevening the restaurant owner was there for dinner too and kept comingover to check how eveeything was and to make meal suggestions. The poolarea was nice and clean and there was a shower and change facilitiesalongside it. Free parking outside the hotel was great! Beach access isright across the road, but the water has a fair bit of rubbish and wegot clumps of oil all over our feet - pool is a better option! Notreally in walking distance to the centre of the city (around 4km), butnot too far either.

Review 84：The toilet door made of glass. Maybe the prices for all hotels along the sea shore are not low and this concernes also this hotel, but the hotel is above it's 3 stars. It's really like 4 stars that we had in Milan, for example.

Review 85：Rooms are much better than we thought it would bу (we saw 3 rooms and all those were fine). The rooms are just great! With a bit of sea view - all! The only not quite comfortable thing is the toilet door made of glass)) - but this is not an objective disadvantage. Free of charge beaches are right across the road. Beaches are fine - mostly sand with some larger grains along the water boarder. Water is fine, especially when the weather is fine. The weather was always better than the forecast.
