Review 1：The best place to relax after the hot Mediterranean sea experience. Stunning mountain view, exquisite cuisine and classy, noble and old-fashioned staff will make your staying truly special. This is a mountain chalet type of hotel, new and clean. Gentlemen at reception were very helpful, arranged a free baby cor and let us stay longer hours with no additional fee. The adventure park is 2 minute walk. Worth staying overnight.

Review 2：bedroom was a box room and extremely dark, building work below us on a Sunday finished at 18:00 and stRted again at 08:00. Upon making a reservation only a twin room was available however there was only one other couple staying there overnight !!! Modern management needed before it runs out of cash

Review 6：When we arrived we did not get warm welcome , instead they were confused(mr vujovic), they even question our booking , at the end they gave astriple room without balcony (we make reservation for room with balcony).Very confused and not welcome staff

Review 8：Very cold "welcome" from an old man who didn't happy to see customers. Outdated & dark decoration. Paid for a room with view, but had view on kitchen's roof (quite noisy)...Dirty bathroom and leaking shower flooding of the floor.

Review 10：Poor welcome - receptionist was miserable. Generally, however, other staff, waiters etc, were polite and approachable. Beds annoyingly creaky - could hear others too.

Review 12：I would rate it a 3 star rather then 4 star hotel. We booked a room for 3 people (2 adults and 1 older child) they gave us a double with a small sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. We asked for a proper tripple room but they could not offer it. The reception should be more friendly and helpfull and more presentable.

Review 14：I didn't like the absence of wiffi, poor breakfast, the TV equipment so old like old fashion Serbian TV programmed broadcasted in fully absence of satellite connection . Even TV channels from Albania the neighbor country were not transmitted on the room TV.

Review 15：I liked the decoration of the Hotel, the gardens, the staff it is not so rude as almost all the other guests wrote before. With my family they were generally kind. Especially, the chief executive was very helpful , who even speaks Italian. I was really surprised with the absence of drinken water in sorroundings of Lovcen!!! There is even a young servant who speaks little English. With the others from the staff you can try Serbian or Albanian language. The food it is good in the lunch and little to be eaten in breakfast time as it is not served in buffet way.

Review 19：Staff attitude was completely inadequate for a four star hotel. Veryunhelpful and rude, but this seems to be a general problem inMontenegro. There is no Wi-Fi and no bike rental. Also, no-one in thehotel was able to provide information about hiking/cycling tracks.
