Review 1：They said they had car parking and they have none. If you are lucky, you will get one of three out the front (an old taxi rank) or you have to pay a metre every hour or so. Terrible breakfast & I found the bed uncomfortable. A tired hotel that I would not rate as 4 stars.
Review 2：Location is wonderful, and has great views if you are on the easterm side. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Review 3：The man checking us in never told us there was a free breakfast. He never gave us the password. We had to go downstairs and ask for it. Our cell didn't work in the bedroom. We had to go to the lobby to use it. Worst of all, we had a room on the 5th floor right under the restaurant. There is no insulation so it is possible to hear everything. There was party until after 2 PM. They finally gave us another room to sleep in that night. I don't think you should ever rent out those rooms on the 5th floor unless it is someone going the party that night. I would never stay another night in your hotel.
Review 4：The breakfast was terrible. We were only there for one night so I didn't have any other days to compare it to. A lack of options, fruit not too fresh, pastries were a tad hard.

Review 10：The staff didn't give a stuff. Poor breakfast. Poor bed comfort. No room kettle. No downstairs bar, lounge. Roof terrace unwelcoming and normally unavailable because of functions. No information. No effort despite it being our honeymoon.
Review 11：The view from our room of the sea and life in the piazza kept us entertained for hours. Close to a wonderful beach. The exterior of the hotel was beautiful. The bar run separately to the side was a great place for a drink and gelato.
Review 12：Very loud music every night right outside the hotel made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast is the bare minimum leaving much to be desired. Extremely difficult to park a car anywhere near. Paid parking lot nearby is always full.

Review 17：we arrived on sunday and recognized that whole La Terazza restaurant is occupied by italian wedding... That's not the thing we were expecting, keeping in mind that the restaurant there is almost the best in Pescara and we had no chance to went it there. The staff at the lobby looked like they never heard about this noisy (i heard everything from the 2nd floor, when restaurant was on 7th) celebration... dark room, only small lamp...

Review 19：the hotel lives from past times... was for sure a very exclusive hotel around 80 - 100 years ago... inventory somehow from the 70's, breakfast personell not really friendly bathroom looks like coming from the recycling... disapointing.

Review 21：.Breakfast service was very poor, had to wait for long periods of time for cooked eggs, on most mornings had to get up and ask waitress to order. Toaster not out on one morning, waitress just shrugged and said all gone ? . The decor was a bit tired and could do with a freshen up . Beach sun beds and umbrellas had to be paid for every day as no private beach.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - right on the beach and in the main piazza of the city. There is a terrific cafe on the ground floor with some of the best gelato around.
