Review 1：this was a very good place to stay it was only a 70 metre walk to cruise ship terminal in a pedestrian area staff went out of there way to make your stay comfortable

Review 3：Location....going on a cruise it was a minutes walk to the terminal yet only a few minutes walk to the town centre. Large modern rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Review 11：Situated a short walk from the terminal it was ideal for guests wishing to join a Costa Cruise. Reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming when we arrived at 11pm.

Review 16：The reception staff were really helpful. We checked in early 10.30 am. We wanted a view of the sea. Upgraded and not a problem. Friendly and helpful. Well located handy to the city. A delightful stay.

Review 17：We were taking a 7-day cruise and stayed the night prior to sailing. The hotel is located right on the dock....walking distance to the ship. At the end of our cruise the ship docked at 9:00AM and we had the rest of the day free before taking the train to our airport. Although we were not staying for the night at the hotel the staff graciously accepted to store our suitcases while we enjoyed a visit of Savona until late afternoon ...at no charge.

Review 19：Wifi speed is tremendously slow, it needs to be seriously upgraded to meet the standards of the status of the hotel for professionals and businessmen working away from their office.

Review 21：Essentially the heat in the room; central “airco” stuck at minimum 20°C, just blowing hot air all night. Not able to open the windows. Arriving at 15:00, there was already no parking space left under the hotel (at 15 euro), so we did as the locals do: park wherever you want on the street. As long as you don’t park on a handicapped space or in front of a garage, you usually can get away with it. Oh, yes, one more thing; the opaque glass bathroom door gives no privacy whatsoever, as there is a 2 cm open gap around. Italian style: chic but sometimes impractical.

Review 22：Nice breakfast buffet, dog allowed in the restaurant. No extra charge on the hotel bill for the dog. The usual overpriced minibar in the room; 4,5 euro for a 25 cl Fanta can, but supermarket at 300 meters at the port where you can buy shilled half a litre Fanta at 0,85 euro. Be aware for the restaurants at the port. Do check the bill, we found out them “mistakenly” overcharging 10 euro for a dish we never ate nor ordered (besides that typical Italian rip-off; the usual 4 euro per person for the use of the knife and fork).

Review 23：The bar was never open and would have been nice to come in from being out to dinner and have a cocktail or glass of prosecco in the bar area. They offer a 24 hour "snack" type bar which you help yourself and take to reception but this only had a small bottle of white or red. You can't beat a personal service and a selection of nice drinks to finish off the night.
