Review 2：perfectly located next to the beach, exceptionnally nice host full of good advices and attentions.
Review 3：While good value for what we paid, the quality of the towels and bedding could be improved upon.
Review 4：It was very good value for what you paid and the owner was extremely accommodating, helpful and friendly. He gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner and allowed us to keep our bags there after we checked out.

Review 10：Ivan, the owner, was very accommodating. Room was comfortable and breakfast was good. Very close to Valley of the Temples--a good location for visiting the area.
Review 11：For us it was simply a misfit - it was beginning of August, we foundSicily too crowded, San Leone disappointing, and we expected the B&Bto be a hotel not an apartment. The local power network collapsesbecause of the increased consumption or who knows why so the rooms wouldremain without electricity, ac, wifi, water etc for hours. Thesurroundings are dreadful in my opinion, the beach ok but notcompensating for how depressing that town is. Wish we booked inAgrigento instead. Sometimes I wish we skipped Sicily altogether.
Review 12：Agrigento is a lovely city. B&B Xenia is located in a peripheralarea of Agrigento, San Leone Beach, which is supposed to be one of thebest beaches in Sicily. The B&B is run by a sweet family, a youngboy and his mom. We arrived at midnight and the boy waited for us savingus a free parking spot. He gave us good tourism advice and was genuinelyconcerned with the quality of their service.

Review 15：Nice location very conveniently situated close to the famous Valle dei Templi, which - as opposed to central Agrigent city - is combined with just a walking distance from a beautiful sandy beach. We've also found nearby a couple of good and not expensive fish restaurants. The hostess was very kind and arranged a delicious breakfast for us in the morning.

Review 17：Lovely landlady! She doesn't speak English, but her son does, and we were able to speak to him on the phone to find the answer to something we needed to know. We got a cooked breakfast! Two minutes walk to the beach area with bars, restaurants etc. Balcony with seating.
