Review 1：We booked the suite with kitchen but when we arrived the dishes etc were unwashed from the previous tenant and there were hardly any kitchen utensils. After we pointed this out to the staff they did wash up and add utensils.

Review 2：Amazing location on a beautiful mountain top if you don't mind spending some time trying to find it and want nothing but peace and quiet around you.

Review 3：Breakfast not included in the price :( Up in the bar you can order breakfast, which is overpriced and very, very poor :( We have got a Voucher downstairs for a smoothy, but the smoothy bar was not opened in the morning :( No bakery or breakfast place around the hotel, so that was not pleasant...

Review 18：Finding the place isn't easy. The address quoted on booking.com doesn't get you there. We rang for directions in the end. Once on the right lane there are very few signposts. Twice we thought we couldn't possibly be ohotel.laresidence.roscoff@orange.frn the right lane as we had come so far, before eventually coming across another sign. Once we found the hotel the fun didn't end there as we arrived in the dark and couldn't find our way in! Finally, although our room was lovely, we could clearly hear our neighbours through the wall.

Review 19：An outstanding location, it is absolutely fabulous. The food was even better. The buildings are beautiful. The staff are lovely. Also, make sure you try the local wines they serve.

Review 21：I'll Cantico was very hard to find. Sat Nav could not locate it fromthe address and map on Booking.com. Dinner at I'll Cantico was adisaster. The service was very poor, the waiters appeared not to bethere at the time dinner was to be started. We have travelled over manyparts of Italy and this was one of the worst meals we have had. We gaveour feedback to the owner/manager the next morning, and to hiscredit we were not charged for the dinner. In our opinion this is notthe place to visit to sample the delights of Umbrian food.

Review 25：We booked a suite, but were informed before we arrived that there were no suites available and were switched to a basic room. The price was also lower, but the room was too small and the furnishings uncomfortable. The suites looked quite nice.

Address: Take care! : most GPS-systems have problems locating this place. You should arrive almost on top of one of the hills around the Trasimeno lake, with a splendid view and surrounded by the most amazing olive trees. If on the other hand you find yourself on a plain asphalt road, with view on a field, then do as follows: 1) Continue on this road for 1,7 km 2) You’ll arrive at another roadsign indicating Montesperello. There you’ll find on your right the first wooden sign directing you to Il Cantico della Natura. Turn right. 3) Follow the road for about 1 km. You’ll arrive at a small square with a chapel. Turn sharp left before you enter this square. You’ll find a second sign to Il Cantico della Natura. 4) Follow this road for about 1,5 km. After a while the road will no longer be asphalted and you’ll find yourselves in the middle of the woods. Don’t worry and continue. You’ll see for yourself that is has been worthwhile, once you’ll have arrived at the Cantica.

Review 29：The coordinates and the address we found on Booking were both wrong! Wespent two hours trying to reach the structure, without the possibilityto use the satnavigtator.
