Review 1：Rooms are very small but manageable.

Review 2：Staff was very helpful. There is also a washing machine that can be used. about 10 mins drive via taxi to Hikone station. Wi Fi connection was very good.

Review 3：The location between Lake Biwa and the crowded places in Kyoto and Osaka, right in the middle of Japan, makes Hikone to a verry convenient place for travellers I can have both. The charm of "small" city and the hot spots of Japanese tourism. The hotel was clean and the staff was verry kind and dedicated. Thank you for my pleasant stay.

Review 4：The hotel lobby, elevator and corridors all had an unpleasant odour - old and musty.

Review 7：It almost feels like a motel in terms of location. The hotel is on a store strip with different restaurants and drive ins. It's about 20min walk from Hikone Castle and about 15min from Minami Hikone station. To room is large with good bed, nice amenities and every room has it's own wifi router!

Review 8：The hotel was a little further away from the sights we wanted to see than I planned, as we like to walk a lot of places rather than use public transport, where possible. The buses are less frequent (understandable, but it was a long walk home). :-)

Review 9：The hotel staff were very welcoming despite us arriving late evening, about 8pm. Some staff spoke English well, and even those who didn't were very helpful and we were able to communicate effectively when asking for directions to the bus stop, etc. Breakfast was super cheap and meant we didn't have to find somewhere on the way out to sightsee.
