Review 1：The carpets are badly stained as is the furniture. Desperately needs a refurb. The decor has not changed in 25 years nor any of the facilities in the rooms upgraded. Sad to see the decline.

Review 2：The room was very quiet and had 2 bathroom/toilet which was great.

Review 3：Tired & worn fittings. No split system a/c & a portable panel heater. No separate sink for filling up kettle. Had to ask for milk as none in the room. Could hear the orher guests in their rooms clearly

Review 7：Food at dinner was not as good as at other Comfort Inn I stay at - Botanical. Thought I'd try this as it was closer to the main highway. Will return to the Botanical next time - as the restaurant is always excellent and the location is what draws me back there, just across the road from the gardens, although the rooms are more basic. Wifi - looked like I needed a plug (didn't have the right one), so couldn't use it.

Review 8：My room was a very good size and well set up with access to garden and pool (great for summer!). The fireplace in the foyer was relaxing after dinner. Able to reach the dining room under cover as all rooms gave access to a covered path. Had breakfast in the restaurant in the morning - very well set up. The addition of a variety of herbal teas would have been a great finisher.

Review 9：That it was more than a room with a bed. The lounge chairs, and space & general layout, plus a spacious bathroom provided maximum comfort, especially for a longer stay.

Review 10：Couldn't connect to the wifi but genuinely wasn't the end of the world. Am certain the guys on reception would have sorted it if we needed it.

Review 14：Main bed FAR too soft. Several internal doors would not shut, including to one of the bathrooms. One light globe out which was obviously not picked up by house keeping.

I asked why not and the girl at reception said because we arrived late initially she hadn't had the opportunity to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. But I'd gone to reception first up the following day, but I was still never asked. Annoying.

Review 17：The Comfort Inn was easy to find. We arrived late at night and the staff had kindly put the heater on to warm up our room because outside was freezing! Comfortable beds, large room, great shower pressure.

Review 18：Water from shower sprays on floor needs to have a swing open glass door in centre, and a shower shelf to put shampoo/conditioner on when bringing your own.

Review 22：Beause this was a business trip, we liked the quietness and spaciousness of the rooms.There was nothing which annoyed us, thereby giving us complete focus on our job at hand.

Review 23：paid $150 for meat at the local shop and had to chuck it out because they would not let us use the kitchen to cook because they had no gas bottle and also the bbq looked like it had not been used in 2 years. They knew we were going to use it as we discussed it on the phone. They did cook on the first morning. They suggested we stop at a wayside bbq on the way home but it was to cold so this is when we chucked it out.

Review 25：No service on weekends! Stayed 3 nights & had limited towels, tea/coffee & toiletries. Could get additional if I went to reception but I expect servicing my room over 3 days a standard service!

Big soft fluffy towels, double shower, big soft pillows and the most wonderful of wonderful soft, silky doona instead of heavy smelly blankets! Service was fantastic, we had a room around the back away from road noise, and we were warm and cosy! Slept like a hibernating bear! All in all a wonderful stop.

Review 97：- The rooms don't get tidied up over the weekends. -Wi-fi didn't work when we stayed, despite asking them to restart the system. It's just too weak a signal in the rooms that are at the farther end of the building.
