Review 1：Decor very outdated for what is listed as a 4 star hotel. Too many hotels in Pescara are tired and outdated with Decor, you could charge more for something improved interior wise. No furniture on the terrace, large terrace but needs seating and table.

Review 5：The room was fantastic, the location is opposite the beach, fast Wifi in the rooms and public areas, the whole hotel is very very clean all of the time, breakfast is very good quality and plenty of it with a great choice The staff - Wow - I can honestly say that each one of them work hard and ensure that you have the best relaxing time whilst you are away - the team - Patrizia, Germano, Sauro, Mrs Tiziana, Mr Eugenio, Evelina, Cesira, Mrs Marilena and Mrs Sista are excellent, always friendly, extremely helpful and a credit to the Maja We shall always stay here every time we return to Pescara and will tell friends and family to stay at the Maja too

Review 6：Nothing much! Could do with a few more hangers in the wardrobe and maybe the wifi logged you out every time your phone locked which was a bit annoying!

Review 11：No English language television available, not even CNN or BBC World service which is unusual & disappointing. We found ourselves asking for empty trays to be refilled at breakfast a few times.

Review 12：Helpful staff, excellent location on the sea front with own beach area. Only 20 mins from the airport. Rooms are basic but clean, great shower with good pressure! They accommodated our late check out without being charged which we were very grateful for.

Review 13：Saturday nights in August music is played on the beach unti 2 or 3am. Bring ear plugs or stay out late ....especially if you have a beach side room.

Review 14：The staff make you feel like family and go out of their way to make sure that your needs are met. Breakfast is diverse and the cappuccinos are top notch. We have stayed at Maja at least 6 times and have never been let down. Their service is consistant and it is great to have a reserved umbrella and sun chairs at no extra charge.

Review 16：The rooms are of a good size especially the ensuite. The private beach was beautiful with allocated sun beds so no 5am dash. Although no restaurant there is more than enough choice very near by at very reasonable prices. The staff although have little if any English are very friendly with the help of google translate we communicated fine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again tomorrow.

The proximity to the beach was perfect and so was the view from our balcony. We went to the Hotel recommended restaurant just down the street. Alchimia is owned by Ciro and his wife Sabrina and we had some of the best dinners there during our four day stay. I would rank the fish secondi as one of the best I tasted over three weeks in Italy. Their homemade pasta was also superior.

Review 42：A charming hotel where everything under control. The staff is particularly friendly, smiling, helpful, welcoming and very service minded. The location just off the beach, with the possibility of free use of beach facilities. The city's shopping area and pedestrian environment can be reached in a 10 to 15 minute walk.

Review 43：The breakfast was not good if you have food allergy. Very few things to choose between. The breakfast was very easy and boring.

Review 55：We stayed in late may so not many people around the beach. We loved the bikes and the location an easy walk or ride to anywhere. Great little coffee shop just around the corner near St Francis fountain. Loved it .

Review 64：Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of fresh food every morning, The rooms were adequate size and cleaned every day. The reception staff were very helpful if you had any queries. The hotel also has free wi-fi and a computer to use for internet access if you need it. Unfortunately the hotel is near the better restaurants so you do need to go further along the coast to find them but that isn't too much hassle really.

Review 65：we where very glad that we had chosen this hotel. The quality of the interior and the breakfast, as wel as the location with a very friendly staff, convinced us that we will stay there more often.

Review 66：Sometimes up in the morning, opposite to the hotel bar, or hotel beach entry, very noisy discos are held together with rubbish left by young people in the whole area.

Review 67：Maja is a new hotel with modern facilities. Rooms are large, bright and with a good sound insulation. Service is excellent and varied breakfast taste. The balconies are large and sea views, as well as to the entire resort enjoyable. The hotel is generally quiet. The hotel's beach is wide and clean. Daily maintenance staff ensures both sand with sun loungers and umbrellas them to be well maintained.

Review 68：The room seemed old and beds were hard. If you want to go into the centre of Town or go shopping, you end up walking back and forth along the beach, which adds up to quite a distance after a while.

Review 69：Everything you need is close by, such as the beach, restaurants etc. Sunbeds and umbrella is included in the room price. Breakfast is great, and there is a decent gym (Golden gym) located about 10 minutes from the hotel.

Review 70：Constant sewage smell coming from drains in bathroom. A/C did not work, had to sleep with windows open which allowed mosquitos in and cause everyone to be bitten. Seems only one hotel employee spoke enough English to communicate.
