Review 1：Cheapest price but it is smoking room.. smoking smell was too strong. 5th floor is no outside view..

Review 3：The hotel was expensive considering the age of the fixtures in the room. It is genteelly shabby. We parked in the overflow parking, but it was quite far from the hotel. It wasn't terribly well marked either.
Review 4：I made a same-day reservation, but all that was available on Booking.com was a smoking room. I asked in the comment section if it was possible to have a NON-smoking room. The hotel was able to accommodate us. Breakfast was very good, with an interesting assortment of food. The room was quite large with a nice view. The bathroom in the room was a decent size. The beds were firm but comfortable.
Review 5：The room initially had a slight lingering cigarette smoke smell but I did not notice after first day.
Review 6：The rooms are basic, as befitting the business hotel type but it's a great value of a place: clean and well-located. (10 min walk from the train station) The front desk was always well staffed, and the staff were helpful.
Review 7：The breakfast buffet, at about 2000 yen per person, was sort of overpriced for what it was. It would have been nice if there had been an option to order from a menu, especially since we could find no other breakfast available nearby.

Review 10：I stayed on 7th floor for 3 Days 2 Nights. I got quite a bigger room for a single room. The staffs were also great coz on 2nd day they remember me and gave me the key before I even told them my room no. The location was a bit far from the station but it was quite near from Yamagata's Loop Bus Route attraction's such as the fruit shops, etc So I guess the location is ok.
