Review 1：A little expensive, not close to the city / JR station

Review 2：Comfortable rooms with private in-door spa, fantastic breakfast and dinner (included in the room fare), friendly and polite staff

Review 3：Front desk staff and greeter very poor in English and not helpful to assist in tour arrangement. Very weak internet in main area and no internet st all in room. Surely this has to be improved to attract foreign visitors

View of Hakodate airport was nice. Half board included which offered a range of food, and plating was very delicate.

Review 33：I've been to Japan so many times already and this hotel is the best I've ever stayed in. The staffs treated me in the best possible way it can be. The full course Japanese meal was really delicious. The room was really spacious and good WiFi connection also was provided. The amenities were complete. More over it's really close to the tram station.
