Review 1：I hoped to find a gym but nothing. I had some problems to find my room (812) when I arrived at night. See the attached picture to understand why.
Review 2：The room and the bathroom, very luxury. The breakfast which is very good. The hotel that if you have the room with a pair number and at the higher floor has a good view also on the sea.
Review 3：The hotel isn't finished jet so no spa or inside pool. The wifi was incredibly slow. A lot of the staff do not speak English and the menus in some of the places do not have prices written on them. The facilities in general, the restaurant's and bars, are not really up to standard. The breakfast, although OK, wasn't prepared for the volume of people that were there.
Review 4：The rooms were nice and big, the bed comfortable the staff usually helpful. Everything is clean and very nicely decorated.
Review 5：A bit difficult to find due the fact that the area is quite new and our GPS did not find the road.
Review 6：The room was just great, we had a perfect sleep due to the good quality of the bed. Fair quality for the price.
Review 7：Best thing was the meeting at the front door rajaa took care of us since the very beginning . Her smile and her hospitality awareness took me and my wife on a swept since the very start , rania right after checked us in , she was more than welcoming and assistant ! All in all the whole staff demonstrated a great sense of hospitality just like all Moroccans , housekeeping staff and restaurant staff are great too ! Thanks to management team and hind for this wonderful experience
Review 8：You will only have a room and a restaurant. If you plan to relax on the Spa or to have a drink by the pool then forget about it. It's all under construction and not yet finished, even though they will never warn you when you book. I complained, and was surprised that they only offered me transport to other hotel's (not 5 star) pool, then also free transport to another Spa, which we did but we didn't enjoy (you need to decide when you're going and book transport the day before, and time to leave beforehands, you need to pay cash for any drinks by the pool or Spa services which I asked if they can charge my room with a previous booking but they didn't want to do it). At the restaurant I had 3-4 kids playing and running under my table, it was so empty (only one family table) but the waiter looked like he had a 500 persons cathering to serve. Poor menu. Room Service not available: we called the room service to order drinks at night, and because they never answered we called then the receptionist who assured that they will be calling in 2 minutes. We never made the order.
