Review 2：Excellent location on a pedestrian street with a large terrace and great sea view. Good breakfast. Comfortable room and bathroom. Excellent connections to Rome from Fiumicino airport. Definitely I would recommend to a friend traveling to Rome.

Review 3：I stayed here for the final night of my trip prior to flying out the next day at Fiumincino. Comfortable room and simple but good breakfast available. Great terrace for sitting outside in the right weather. Local bus from Lido di Ostia train station to Fiumincino very inexpensive (leaves about every hour), but taxi was 25 or 30 euros so not a huge savings over staying in Rome.

Review 7：Perla, the hostess was amazing. Treated us like family. Beer wine and foccacia when we arrived. It had been a very stressful 2days of travel with changed flights and lost luggage. She even followed up after we left. Very lovely stay

Review 8：Basically, it's two bedroom apartment. One bedroom with attached bathroom, and one with an external bathroom, which means u will walk throu the shared living room. The apartment relatevly small, so if u care for privacy, there is a chance you will feel uncomfortable. Could be a nice place to stay if you occupy both room with family or friends. The host was extremely rude. She started with the fact that we were hour late for the check-in, and she cannot assist us cuz she is working. Later she couldn't find time to arrange out check out and payment, neither reply for messages.

Review 11：Gorgeous boutique B&B close to the beach with a pretty balcony where we could relax at both ends of the day. Friendly staff and guests, plus an easy 30 mins train ride into the city. Don't miss Ostia Antica!

Review 12：The room was very nice and cosy. No issues with the cleanness of the room. Amazing terrace with view over the street and the sea, perfect for a relaxing breakfast. Very nice position right in the middle of the town. Staff friendly and helpful.

Review 13：As other reviews indicated the balcony is probably the highlight of the accommodation, if you wish to spend your time there which you need to to have your breakfast which you assemble yourself from provisions left in the fridge, not what I would expect from a B&B. Parking is available in the nearby streets but you must be mindful that the accommodation is in a traffic free mall and that parking may be several blocks away.

Review 15：Whether it was sunset or breakfast, the terrace was a lovely place to sit. The B&B is located on a pedestrian thoroughfare which is a welcome break from car traffic. Parking was no problem just around the corner on the street. Perla very obligingly returned to meet us after we were held up on the freeway for an hour - made much easier by using text messaging! We enjoyed our (very short) walk to the pier to admire the foreshore - right on the door step!! We were very pleased to be guided by Perla's recommendation for dinner at the family restaurant across the path. It was relaxed, casual and most enjoyable for our last night in Italy. Anchovies that had been lightly fried in a very delicate batter - delicious!! It was also very friendly, especially when welcomed by Perla. Less than 20 minutes by car to the airport gave us plenty of time to return our rental car and be ready for our flight.

Review 18：We had a hire car to return to Rome airport before departing Italy. The apartment was carefully decorated,comfortable and a great place to finish our road trip. It is only about 10 minutes from the airport. Ostia Antiqua is about the same distance so we were able to visit these spectacular ruins before handing in TT the car.

Review 20：Next to a long beach with great restaurants if you know how to find them. Owner very helpful and friendly. Big terrace to hang around in the mild summer night. Locals are friendly and caffe is always good. Great bakeries if you know how to find them. Easy and cheap way to have a beach holiday and Rome reachable in 30 minutes with the train not far from apartment.

Review 35：The Perla, our host, is a very capable business lady and is a busy person. When we arrived, she was busy working in her restaurant, so we couldn't open the door but was locked out. For Italian guests or those who have local cell phone, it would be easy, but we were unable to contact the host. Finally we were helped by next door restaurant to phone her, and still had to wait quite a while before we could be served.

Review 36：Everything has been perfect! We have nothing to complain. We loved this place, though the bed room is a bit small, however, the total living area is huge and comfortable.

I felt I was in a college dorm with my kids. It was a strange experience. Luckily, it was our last night in Rome but a disappointing one.
