Review 1：Beds are a very hard and they could do with some quality mattresses to ensure a good nights sleep.

Review 12：This is the mid range hotel you always hope to booked. The premise is conveniently located. Car parking is available. All staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. The room was of adequate size with up to date décor, comfortable beds and a well appointed bathroom. Breakfast offers a wide range of dishes that would appeal to most taste. The wifi strength could have been better but a wired LAN internet service is provided with excellent bandwidth. We were made very welcome and I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Review 20：Enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Short walk from West Exit. Very helpful staff with new ATM like check in process, also gave us additional toiletries ( especially liked the Vitamin C Face Mask). The room was 35 sq metres so very comfortable for a 4 night stay and we were on the 10th floor with 2 large windows we had beautiful mountain views. There were ice machines and a microwave on another floor which was very handy and very good wifi. Loved our day trip to Yamadera and we had excellent cherry blossom viewing at Yonezawa. we found Yamagata to be a very friendly town and less touristy.

Review 22：I like the hotel location which is just opposite to JR Yamagata station, so it's very convenient. Room size and bed is superb for a single occupant; there's a wide window view which is especially stunning during winter and a real huge LCD TV. Bathroom is wonderful where you get sufficient toiletries that offers good brand quality products like Schick shaver and their own house brand bath and shampoo wash. One distinctive tiny aspect that amazed me is that their toiletries are all in black colour, which ties in nicely to their overall room concept. Breakfast is also delicious but hoped the hotel could have extended the breakfast timing for another hour. I've stayed there for 3 nights during winter time and already missing the comfortable room. This hotel is also very value for money.
