Review 17：Although we visited early part of October, it was still very warm..we did not have air conditioning in our apartment, not so bad that time of year, but mid summer I couldn't imagine living in the apartment without A/C. I think the hotel should offer a shuttle bus service in and out of Tangier.We were a party of 6, so getting taxi's was annoying and expensive everyday-If the hotel offered this it would make for better revenue and service for the hotel. I also think some kind of booklet with recommended restaurants, tourist tours and general info about Tangier would be so useful for people staying at Mnar Castle as it is out of town...Other than those recommendations, I highly recommend the hotel..

Review 18：The staff are absolutely delightful and cannot do enough for you. We rented a 4 bed apartment-Spacious with every possible amenity. The breakfast was simple, but lovely with fresh orange juice, nice selection of breads and sweet cakes etc. The resort is very well cared for with very lovely gardens. The location is OK, but quite away outside of Tangier, so be prepared to take taxis, although it is inexpensive to take taxis, we spent a great deal of time in them backwards and forwards into town as the resort is very limited on facilities..Don't expect a bar that serves any alcohol and don't expect shops or café's nearby, there is nothing really one could walk to. Everything we did involved a taxi..Having said that though-Mnar Castle offers everything for a quiet stay with beautiful views over looking Tangier bay.

Review 19：This is a gorgeous apartment hotel, spacious, beautifully appointed, lovely garden, great view of the sea, friendly staff. But you have to know that it is a few miles outside of town, about a ten-dollar taxi ride. That is a virtue, after visiting the old city: you can relax and unwind. For dinner, we ordered sandwiches (very ample, with salad and potatoes and more) from the hotel restaurant, which was brought to the room; the food service ends at 8.00pm, so if you want to dine later at the hotel, ordering is the best method. If you prefer to be in the center of the city, with the idea of having dinner in a downtown restaurant, you might want to book in a different place, but for downright comfort, tranquility, and value, you can't beat this hotel

Review 21：Well what can we say ? It was smiles from beginning to end, Mnar Castle is amazing and so are the staff especially Gizlen ! I absolutely love her , the apartments are like being at home with breathtaking views, we even fostered the cat Azzi that belongs to Gizlen lol.. Due to our room not being ready on time we were given free entry to Mnar Park for our stay, the children were very happy with this, all staff are friendly n helpful, room service is amazing as is breakfast. Would recommend a car to get into tanger although there is a taxi service n number 16 bus local. We will definately be back to stay again next year.

Review 22：I had booked the 2 bed apt on the top floor . The view of Cap Malabata at the sunset was spectacular . The apt was clean and comfortable and the staff went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. I would definitely go back next time I visit Tanger.

After checking in, (forgive me if I spell the name wrong) "Gisle" showed us our room, after telling her it was our honeymoon she not only upgraded our room but also had fresh flowers brought in for us the next day! Had no towels the first day until late at night Next day had no electricity in the morning No shower pressure and it was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Bugs on kitchen counter. Bad wifi reception (found out later they never gave us a modem to use) No a/c for all of trip ( 5 nights) Promised bikes and did not get any Overall I wouldn't probably recommend and we are unsure if we'd ever go back. when we were checking out we even told them the problems when they asked how the stay was and they didn't try to make things right or say I'm sorry let me do something for you. To be honest it's not bad but for the amount of money I spent on a four bedroom apartment (which is one of their biggest) I would have expected more of everything.

Review 44：The apartment is a few miles outside Tangier and about a 20 minute drive to the Tangier medina. The WiFi was free but very unreliable.

Review 45：The apartment was large with 2 bedrooms, dining area/living room combo, and full kitchen. The apartment was clean and housekeeping was helpful with special requests. It was easy to arrange drivers from the hotel to go into the city or to the airport.

Review 46：One of the best places I’ve ever stayed on holiday. The property grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are modern, spacious and the views are stunning. They are very clean and are cleaned every day - bed covers and towels are also changed daily. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and willing to help and will provide you will useful advice and recommendations of where to visit and where to go and eat – the restaurant we were taken too had a lovely ambiance and great authentic Moroccan cuisine. I would recommend you use the car service to get around as it’s very reasonable. One evening, we were treated to delicious Moroccan pastilla and couscous - a lovely surprise epitomising traditional Moroccan hospitality and the lengths staff will go to make you feel welcome. I would definitely go back for a second visit.

Review 47：There is no alcohol available on site, not that is disallowed. They wanted to drive me to the local market immediately as soon as I enquired as to where the bar was. No problem, just bring a nice bottle of wine for your first night and settle in and watch the sun set over the Atlantic.

The hotel itself is situated a bit outside of this city which, with the abundance of restaurants, which makes it more difficult to easily visit something and walk home after. Review 63：What was there to not like about this hotel?! In short - nothing! We arrived expecting a modest two bedroom apartment and were blown away by the actual apartment! It was truly luxurious, incredibly spacious and overall amazing. Somewhere that you'd be happy to live! The view is spectacular and the hotel has a lovely pool too. The hotel is a little bit out of Tangier - however, the staff were kind enough to drop us into town and to dinner each night (and pick us up). An amazing stay in a beautiful apartment (incredible value for money!)

Review 75：The staff of Mnar Castle went above and beyond for our stay. I had notified them in advance it was our 20th Anniversary, and they had rose petals leading up to our room as well as rose petals in our bedroom. They also brought us a cake to celebrate the New Year as it was New Year's Eve. Finally, the morning we left, it was earlier than the breakfast opened and we asked if it would be possible to have something to grab and go, especially for our kids. They actually opened up the little restaurant, made us hot coffees and chocolates, had a good variety of things for us to choose from, and then drove us to the ferry port without extra charge - who does that? So incredible! This is all just their behaviors, the facility itself was beautiful with a fabulous view and wonderful amenities. Your stay at Mnar Castle will not disappoint. Thank you!!

Review 76：the noisy neighbors! we had a couple above us that had noisy kids, and they were very loud, the couple even had a heated argument one of the nights we stayed, and it went on for hours into the early morning, and there wasn't anything we could do about it….other than that the place was fantastic

Review 77：Although the location was far from the Medina of Tangier, it was perfectly fine since we had a car, the apartment was beautiful, a wonderful kitchen and bathroom, the shower was nice, the bed was very comfortable, the balcony looked out at the sea, the wifi worked great, the place was very clean and new, the people working there were nice, they had a very nice breakfast, other than the noisy neighbors while we were there we loved the place and will definitely be back again….

Review 78：The heating didn't work, but the staff brought us 2 portable heaters which were ok. Also, slight smell was present on the apartment throughout our stay, it might have been from the plumbing system but we got used to it.

Review 89：There was so much to like about Mnar Castle and my expectations weremore than met.The apartment was spacious bordering on luxurious andalways cleaned perfectly. The staff went out of the way to be helpfuland nothing was too much to ask. Though Mnar Castle was a bit of adistance from the city (7 min drive) for those like myself with twoteenage sons there was always 'driver' to run us into the cityand pick us up at most social times of the day and evening. These wereJoseph and Jamel both very accomodating/friendly/and willingto show you around Tangier. Though not free the cost was minimaldepending on what you required. The office staff especially youngMiriam were very friendly and went out of their way to sort out anyenquiries lovely people altogether and my sons and I had a wonderfulstay one of the best places to stay I have come across in 40 years oftravelling. Would recommend Mnar Castle to any traveller visitingTangier. I would certainly sorry to leave such a nice place andexcellent staff who combined good service with genuine warmth and bonhomme. Review 92：Neighbors on the top floor were so noisy. We would think a soccer game was going on there! I think they had kids and we did not get to relax until they went to sleep. We had to wait forever at the welcome office to check in. There was only one person in charge of walking people to their apartment and checking you in as well. Paying by credit cards needed to be done at another location (not too far though). But the person at that other location had no idea how to use the credit card machine. We solved it though.

Review 93：The apartment was really great since the kids (3.5 and 1.5 years old) were with us. It has a really great view and the furniture was great. The breakfast was perfect as well. I will definitely recommend it to everyone, especially families with kids especially with kids.

Review 95：everything..... me and my wife hosted a small after wedding function during our duration of stay . we had nearly 20 guests and after they had left the simple but effective design of thr rooms gave us the opportunity to quickly tidy up before we slept.the rooms were very spacious and white goods appliances was all new. mnar castle is affiliated with mnar park too so expect good discounts to the park when travelling with kids :) we were well imprresed and our standards are high so yes..... highly recommended...

The customer services was exceptional, all the staff went above and beyond to help make our stay as stress free as possible! From organising complimentary travel to the main town, to dropping us off at the ferry port. Review 100：Views and patio were so beautiful we enjoyed a spectacular sunset over the Mediterranean. Our suite was very spacious, clean and had all of the amenities we needed, and more. Wish we had a few more days here, it was a great spot to have some down time in the middle of our trip. Staff went above and beyond. One brought us some laundry soap when we didn't have our own. They ordered our dinner from down the street as our children were very tired from a long day of travel. And to top it off they drove us to the ferry at 4:00 in the morning instead of calling us a taxi. AMAZING service.
