Review 1：I was there earlier, the staff should have let me fill up all the required forms first. I came back late and I thought that I can check in straight. But I have to spent time filling up the form. Not efficient. Staff asked for payment before I have stayed. This is the first time that I paid up even before I stayed.
Review 2：Location as this is near to JR station. We just wanted a night so that we can travel out by early train.
Review 3：i like the Hotel Metropolitan chain anyway as being owned by JR, the hotels are always attached to a railway station, so very convenient and easy to find. i had a single room, large bed, very comfortable high backed chair and lots of space in the room, sometimes quite a rarity in Japanese hotels. smoking also no problem as was car parking.
Review 4：I was pretty shocked with how dirty the carpet was in my room. Also I could not access wifi in my room though I had excellent reception in the lobby.
