Review 1：Only sweet breakfast (My husband really not eaten) and Wifi only at the reception

Review 5：Great location in being close to the beach and the Ostia train station. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was sppacious with comfortable beds, a great shower, lots of storage space and comfortable with the AC. The common terrace was a dream, with the view out to the sea!

Review 10：High price. No Wi-Fi. No lift. Tiny rooms without balconies. Breakfast is less than basic. You seem to be entitled to one drink only. When I requested both tea and coffee, the waiter looked like I asked for the keys from his girlfriend's flat. You're also given a piece of pastry but if you have a group, every one gets something different. There's also some biscuits and marmalade. But everything is chosen and distributed by the staff. Some lucky ones may even get a small pack of butter. In our case, it was one per four people.

Review 11：Location. Really. That's the only unbeatable plus. The train station Lido Centro and 24x7 Carrefour market are 15 minutes away by foot. Beaches, mostly private, are just in front. Staff is OK but you can't get rid of the feeling that they're tongue-in-cheek in everything they do. Also, they overcharged us a bit and it took several days to get the refund off them. They had no map of the area. But printed the tickets, helped with the directions, and held the bags after the checkout.

Review 14：Ok personal in the reception but not very polite or helpful. The waiter that served the breakfast was very polite, but he did`nt speak English. Breakfast was very simple - just coffee and one roll With jam. The balkong in the room was very little.... not even Space for a Chair.

Review 15：Good location - 200 m to the Public Beach. Clean and nice rooms. Very good air condition. 24 hour reception. The hotel had 2 Nice common balkongs With Sea view. We think Ostia is a fantastic cozy sunbeach holiday town. Beautiful and clean, With Nice restaurants.

Review 21：Staff weren't as friendly as we would have liked from a small family run hotel. They couldn't tell us where to find a laundrette to wash our clothes and there wasn't one on the property. Internet could only be used near the reception desk.There were only 3 small tables for breakfast and it would be difficult during the high season to get a seat for your coffee and croissant breakfast, let alone to use your computer.

Review 23：For me, it was just an overnight stay at La Caravella since I was switching flights at Fiumicino. Having been in Rome many many times, I decided to stay at Lido di Ostia. The hotel is fine, right in the centre of the Lido, on the sea promenade and next to all the best restaurants and bars. Though it was a very short stay, I quite liked it, but in general I am a fan of the Lido, a place not many people visiting Rome know about. In conclusion, La Caravella is fine for a short, or maybe even a few days', stay.

Review 24：Breakfast was minimal to say the least consisting of coffee and 1 croissant per person... with jam. That's it!!

Review 25：Easy to access beach. Owners have negotiated a discount for beach chair rentals. Rooms are tight and clean.

Review 26：Poor breakfast (a few croissants and biscuits) Very small toilet space No lift but its not really needed. When we arrived we had to wait 1 hour for the room to be cleaned (it was no problem for us). But when we came to leave we had to evacuate the rooms at 11am and the staff did not help although we informed them before (PS. our plane was at 8pm).
