Review 1：It would be better if they could provide a more detail direction of how to get to the hotel,rather than just five minutes walk from west exit as the hotel is not located in the main road. That would be helpful. Overall a satisfying stay.

Review 3：I booked this hotel with discount price. I think this isn't big because I paid low price for this hotel. When I was there, the hotel is big, clean bathroom. The reception can't speak english well but they try their best to explain when I asked help. Also I sent an email for sightseeing around Yamagat before check-in. They gave enough information and response quickly!

Review 18：The hotel performs weddings and banquets and can be annoying upon arrival at the hotel, but not it's a problem in the rooms. Staff have little initiative when helping travelers. The rooms become a bit uncomfortable.
