Review 1：Due to the location being far away from Cinque Terre I wouldn't stay here again. However, for last minute travellers like myself, if this is all that is available it is a good last minute option. Expect some extra travel time but the owner is an incredibly helpful man who will do his best to serve you.
Review 2：The owner of this hotel is absolutely amazing. Although he spoke very little English, he did his best to communicate with us and provided us with cold water when we arrived. He also gave us rides to and from the La Spezia Centrale train station when we wanted to go to Cinque Terre which saved us time and at least 50 Euros. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was also very nice! This place is quite easy to find, it is literally right beside the Rio de Gulfo bus stop.
Review 3：Rooms are old and simple. They could use a little renovation. For example a bedlight and some airconditioning would make a huge difference.

Review 7：It was kibd of far away and the public transportation was somehow confusing but once you get hold of it is preatty easy tp reach. If you are travelling in group you can get quite a fair rate of taxi to go back after you are done at la Spezia or if you are coming back form cinque terre.

Warm atmosphere, where we felt very welcome and were treated in a warm and personal way. The hosts went out of their way to help us and make our stay a wonderful experience and unforgettable.
