Review 1：Each day they give us only one towel. So we had to ask and wait for another one. There was a door in our room which lead to ... another room. It was closed, of course, but when guests came to this room we heard everything they do and speak. Staff don't understand English very well. No waste bin in the bathroom.

Review 2：Location is convinient if you travel by car. There is a free parking on site. Breakfast was good.

Review 3：The mattress was slightly uncomfortable, we both kept sinking to the centre of the bed. The shower cubicle could do with a rethink, if the plug does not flow properly the bathroom can easily flood but if it happens they will quickly sort it out for you. Regardless this hotel is modern, new and overall very comfortable. Very good value for money.

Review 5：I was treated as a family member at the hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned perfectly every day, the desk people was always friendly and helpful. I was totally impressed.

Review 6：room was not upto standard . was not cleaned to satisfactory standard . If I did not have sharp visual acquity I would have sustained a serious injury . I came out of the shower into the bedroom and I just missed stepping on a paper board pin which I handed it over to the receptionist .I told her I was just lucky . She apologised with a smile ! and did not say anything else took the pin from me and carried on with her work . I left the hotel quite disgusted , did not look back! Lastly , I had already paid for the breakfast on the day I arrived (25/12/15) at the reception, The following morning the waiter kept on telling me I have to pay for the breakfast , even though I told him I have already paid it . I had to ask him to fallow me to the reception desk. luckly the same receptionist was on duty who took the cash from me and confirmed -I had alredy paid .

Review 18：Helpfull staff, very clean, great wifi, perfect base. Any inconveniance of the "away from the center of town" is rectified by easy taxi and non intimidating neighborhood access.

Review 19：The roomservice meal was really nice, you just have to ask the restaurant if they can send it to yr room, as you will not find any menu in your room. ( nor is it advertised ) . For families they have connecting room and with 3 kids you can all fit in two rooms. Close ( 10min) drive to frs ferry and guarded parking.

Review 20：1. There were ants in the room. It was a lot of them. I guess, somebody brought food inside room before us but it couldn't cleaned properly. 2. We booked the hotel Booking. Com and they told us, website take 1 Euro = 11.10 dirham. So, they wanted to exchage 1 euro = 10.66 dirham. And wanted to take the payment on dirhams. It was very unconveinent and unpleasent moment. We argued because we didn't have enough dirham on us. Also, it was making around 8-10euro more on exchange. I believe, Payment method should be optional for international hotel chains. 3. Toilet flush was not powerful enough to suck. We had to dumb bucket of water every time that we used. 4. Last but not least, there was not english speaking staff on the reservation desk. They had to get help from a girl who works at the restaurant.

Review 21：Location was good and very conveinent. Close to Le corniche beach and new part of the city.

Review 22：The price wasn´t what we booked.We had to pay taxes. The hotel is far from the city center (medina). about 3-4 km. The bed linen were dirty with blood and yellow stains. The mattress is too soft and the bed is too small for two. The walls were dirty and they appeared to have never been cleaned. The last day in the hotel, we didn´t have towers in the bath. We called three times to the reception and no one did anything. they don´t replace the shower gel. Didn't have safe box, only one drawer to storage. Our room was in the first floor and downstairs had a club and we listen a lot of noise. We changed money on the reception and the girl that was there didn't have a 20 dirhams note. She said that she gave us when she really have... The next day nobody knew the situation include the girl.

Review 23：When I arrived I found myself without a room although a had a confirmed reservation through booking.com and there was a whole line waiting at the front desk due to the same problem. I had to leave and come back much later while they resolved their issue.

Review 25：we traveled with 2 kids (2 and 7). we had to book 2 rooms because on the website the rooms did not allow 4 in a room. the hotel can accomodate to that but they did not. we arrived late. the rooms were not done. we changed rooms, again several other rooms were not done. no towels, no pillow cases. the side of a door broken. and the only excuse of the manager was, the maid is not here. small bed, must be a twin bed. it is really just an average hotel. stayed for 1 night , i don't think i would stay there again.

Review 27：The bed was much too soft and too small for a couple. Had to use the supplementary sofa/bed. I don't use lift because of claustrophobia and found stairs were hard to access.

Food terrible and I waited over 45 minutes for fries and chocolate cake, was starving so gave up waiting and went to find food outside of the hotel. 10-15 minutes after I got back the phone rang from the restaurant to say they brought the food 15 minutes after if ordered - not true. Also that I'd still have to pay. Breakfast was terrible very little choice and too costly for what you do get. Decent room - dirty toilet, bad room/restaurant service and bad food in general.

Review 49：We asked the receptionist to call a taxi for the next morning as we had to catch an early bus but they forgot and we barely made it on time. There were not many shops or restaurants close to the hotel.

Review 59：I checked into this hotel to get some work done online in between conferences. It was a disaster! They began construction on the restaurant, right below my room, think jackhammer 20 feet away all morning. So they moved me to a handicapped room. Just when I unpacked they called and said you can't have this room. They moved me again. This time to a room out of range of the wifi, even though they knew I was there to work. The fourth room they gave me faced the building under construction next door. I gave up. All the packing and unpacking wasted four hours of my day and caused me to leave some belongings in one of the rooms which they never found and refused to take responsibility for. On my last night I had three online video conference calls scheduled. The Internet was working intermittently and they refused to believe it. The next morning I complained. First the supervisor told me I should have know to use their business center. Then another manager said the Internet was out for the whole neighborhood and it wasn't their fault. Either way they didn't know what they were taking about and kept blaming me. If the night employees hadn't assured me it was working I would have taken a taxi to an Internet cafe.

Review 60：The room was large, well designed, clean and comfortable. The employees were cheerful and greeted me by name. Unfortunately their friendliness does not equal competence.

Review 61：They'd knock on your door every morning to do "Control" if the room was empty or not. That was a bit intrusive and I also think the hotel should give room occupancy info to the cleaning staff.

Review 62：Clean rooms on the upper floor with a great view, THEY HAD A DESK which was perfect for us, good A/C, nice bathrooms, a lot of space, very helpful staff, a very good price, good location if you don't want to be close to the Medina. Review 79：For a modern western style hotel it was not very clean, the carpetoutside our room at the end of the corridor has not been cleaned fordays, and cups and glasses at breakfast were not very clean neither.Staff was very friendly but not all were very capable. At the westernstyle bar the only alcoholic beverage available was gin, no wine or anyother drink.

The staff were excellent, they are an asset to the company.The shampoo and the gel were very high quality that at times you cannot find even in 5* hotels. Review 85：The location is in a new area of town along the coast which is being built at the moment so there is a building sight next door. It didn't bother me as I was out all day. You had to walk about 250m to the main road to get a taxi, but it is well lit.

I didn't eat here but there is a small bar/restaurant downstairs. The pool was also immaculately clean but there are no sun loungers, however plenty if tables and chairs.
