Review 1：The lady customer officer spoke really good english and was friendly and helpful. Simple breakfast was provided, really good value for money. Room was clean and tidy.

Review 2：No information and map in English ... bathroom is like unfinished construction .. No bathtub , it's just the block stack up to be a wall and it's very high !!! Block's wall color make bathroom so dull and unpleasant .. Room is too small for 2 people , should be for one people only .. No space to walk compare to other hotel in Japan

Review 4：I booked a single room on this hotel to visit the near-by site of Yamadera. The hotel is ideally located, on a main avenue, below 10 minutes walking from the train station. The room was small but very nice and clean, with hairdryer and everything you might need. Confy bed. Personnel helpful and kind. Good wifi in my room. They kept my luggage for free after check-out. Several restaurants nearby, even more going toward the station area. Even if I had payed the double of what I paid (~$35), I would still strongly recommend staying here.
