Review 1：Many people at the resort caught a gastrointestinal virus. It was not the most hygienic place. Wifi only in the lobby.

Review 2：Pool, lido, food were all very good.

Review 3：It's a pity that hotel WiFi is in hotel lobby only and that the pool is open only 9am-6pm.

Review 4：Our room was spacious and clean. Close to the beach, umbrella + sunbeds are free for hotel guests. View of Mt. Etna directly from the hotel. Giarre/Riposto cities and also Trenitalia/Circumetnea railway stations only a few kilometers far from the hotel.

Review 6：I found the staff very friendly, the hotel was well kept, very quiet surroundings and a good view of Etna. We also found the evening meal in the restaurant to a high standard.

Review 7：Without a car the hotel is a bit far removed from local towns of Riposto and Mascali. Beach has no furniture out of season so lay the blanket on the ground and think of Ireland! You can have a great night at the poolside bar with friends, enjoy the karaoke at weekends and blame any negative first impressions on the stress you might have brought with you. They'll be in perspective by the time you're leaving! Remember this is a great value hotel after all.

Review 8：Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. Pool, Pizza Restaurant and bar were excellent. Great views of Mount Etna. Beach across the road has crystal clear seas, warm enough to enjoy swimming until late October. Local bus, if you request it from staff, will call to the door and take you on a 70 minute trip to Taormina and back for €5

Review 9：lack of internet in room. Didn't advise of all facilities . Found out after we booked out they had beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach across the road for guest to use. They overrate the quality of their food and facilities.

Review 23：The attitude of the staff was excellent,starting from Vanessa who spoke fluent english and German. Our checkin was a pleasure. All the staff was helpful and friendly! Sebi, Sara and Giusy who worked at the front desk and at the restaurant always greeted and replied in a very professional way. The hotel is very clean, although the outside and some areas need updating, the location directly across the street from the beach are excellent. The hotel has its private beach and offers two beach chairs and umbrella at no extra charge. Frigo bar prices reasonable. Breakfast was good, the staff excellent, very clean. Review 24：the hotel really needs to be painted, it looks so ugly from outside the swimming pool closes at 6pm... the restaurant is expensive compared to other hotels/restaurants

Review 29：Простой отель с чистыми уютными номерами. Хорошие завтраки, понравилось что к стандартных итальянским завтракам здесь дают - яйца, омлет , жареная ветчина, свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок. Пляж через дорогу, лежаки бесплатные, но пляжные полотенца за дополнительную плату. Дружелюбный персонал.

Review 32：the worse thing about the hotel was the location -& no buses or taxis! I went to the next small village which took about half an hour had a meal & askef for a taxi & was informed they're wern't any. cHaving to walk for 1/2 @ 11pm made me feel very unsafe!

It was also very clean & staff friendly apart from the use of 'Wi Fi' which as is the norm is advertised 'free' but after 1/2hr would log you out & you had to keep asking to log on if you were on it too long they charged you over 1/2hr -bizare! & annoying
