Review 1：The rooms are not geared for warm weather . We had some difficulty sleeping in a closed room with no fan or aircon in the prevailing weather

Review 3：Location - Easy access to Designer Outlet and short distance to Salzburg Airport (appx 10 minute walk). Taxi to Salzburg (centre) appx 10 mins. Room - Comfortable and spacious. Staff - Polite, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Arranged taxis and provided maps/advice on areas to visit.

Review 4：The environment, lovely garden and pool, view over the mountains, free rental of bikes, fantastic breakfast, very close to the airport, just ten minutes walk ( but no disturbant noise), about 4 km to the city centre, reachable by bus (bus stop about 200m) or 15 minutes by bike. There are also nice biking routes in the surroundings and on the countryside. A big shopping outlet is just some minutes away. Possibility to book a massage, very professional performed. Staff is very friendly and helpful, service is perfect. We are very pleased, warmly recommend the hotel and would like to return one day.

Review 5：The only negative is the inability to get / make coffee after 9.30pm. A kettle in the room would be welcome. McDonalds 5 mins walk away, so the exercise did me some good.

Review 8：I loved the room - view from the balcony was lovely, bed was very comfy. The outdoor pool was unusual - no chemicals. good location - walking distance from airport and c20 mins by bus into Salzburg.

From the reception to the garage facility, artwork and decor, quiet room with excellent wi-lan, pillow offerings, spa facility, outstanding breakfast in a very pleasant setting, nicely landscaped garden with beautiful natural pool, family atmosphere and personal attention by owners. It is an excellent choice for the Salzburg and Berchtesgaden area and we wish we would have stayed there a second night.

Review 15：The pictures of the hotel were more than kind and at best thedescription is 'artful and manipulative'. Checking in there is apeculiar home made calendar which depicts elderly people naked injacuzzi's in their rooms with rose buds thrown on them whilstbathing, but there are not enough and body parts protrude from the waterunpleasantly and too regularly to be a mistake. The hotel has been builtin a car park and a few people's back gardens (where you see themgardening in their yellow wellies or weeding their drives) & it isliterally under Salzburg airport, just by a huge car dealership and mainintersection, a few concrete offices and shopping outlet. Not only thatbut there is constant noise from a dirty great big crane from earlyuntil late, with a winch clanging about in case you thought you weremissing something. The hotel is an 80's nightmare and all the nonmatching over worn furniture, threadbare towels, winter bedding in 31degrees, no fan, raggedy curtains, sad hanging down net curtains, oddpictures, sandpaper tissues, plastic soap, etc are all originals fromthe 80's, as are the weird colour combinations, and oap guests, soit's pretty sad and depressing and very tired. Bring a towel withyou after you have had a dribble from the coffin shower or just runaround your room naked until you are dry). If you somehow you manage toget past the 'staff' or 'guards' in the hotel and take abottle of your own water upstairs, they will charge you 5.5 euros forthis it states. If you use the half a toilet roll that is left for you,then beg for another as a spare is not left. Breakfast is a spartanaffair, one schnitzel for the 8 people to divide between them, a tinymilk jug provided for cereal. Don't expect too much, even the coffeeis just too weak to drink, & the water is tap.

Review 32：It's a lovely place! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, very confortable. It feels like a house! The staff was really nice, the breakfast was good! It's close to the airport and really easy to get to the city by car.

Review 33：It was a hot day and there was no air conditioning or fan. It would have been nice to have a lighter blanket or sheet instead of the thick duvet. Mini bar fridge is packed with products. It would be nice to have some space for water.

The area was so beautiful and peaceful if you have time stay in the hotel for couple of days and just wander around the countryside. We took few pictures and they came out like picture postcards. The discount high end (brand) shopping outlet is only few meters down the road too..
