Reviews for Imola Village
Review 1:Cleaning of apartment (especially the bathroom) just once (!) in a week's stay. That is not enough. We had to ask for more toilet paper. No check if we needed more towels / bedlinen etc. Not automatically changed as the apartment was cleaned once.
Review 2:Warm welcome. Parking within the compound and location of the accommodation : in the centre of imola
Review 3:Poor quality linen and towels very thin. Poor kitchen facilities Poor lighting No wifi
Review 4:Space and position Nice staff
Review 5:Slightly cold at this time of year, even though it was 25C+ outside. No real problem though.
Review 6:An ideal location for visiting Imola circuit and very close to the town centre. Friendly greeting and very helpful staff. It's basic but offers good value for money.
Review 7:The room (studio) was freezing - only a sheet, and I failed to work out how to turn the radiator on despite it being set to 5. May have been my fault for not working it out but then there was one small radiator for a very big cold room... Charge for Wifi as well.
Review 8:Location was good, as was the price and the friendly staff checking in.
Review 9:It was very hot(July) so lack of air conditioning was a little uncomfortable. We were given a fan which made it comfortable enough to sleep well with the huge windows open. It would be nice to have the front desk open 24 hours, as we didn't have hot water from 1930 the night before we left on. So we had cold showers tha night and the next morning before travelling. Cool is ok, but just cold is not ok. I called the 24 hour number, the man said he would fix it, but when we returned from dinner, just cold. When I called the next morning, no one would even answer, so I texted to no avail.
Review 10:It was very spacious, clean, and organized. It was great to have a washer/dryer and drying rack. And the location was very conveniently close to the central square. 20 minute walk to/from train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lucia was an exceptional hostess and made us feel very welcome and valued.
Review 11:Nothing that i noticed
Review 12:Lucia was very kind and hav a good attention on us, since we would arrive after 22pm on the hotel. The room iw big, well equipped. Good shower. Very clean. Have free parking.
Review 13:No negatives
Review 14:A very unique property - it was a totally new experience to stay in a former Convent with high high ceilings and wide wide corridors. The apartment was fully self contained and we were very comfortable. Just minutes from the Square where we found wonderful cafes offering amazing food. It was also a great base to visit those parts of Italy on our agenda.
