Review 1：The service at the reception was extremely poor from the moment we checked in , the guy works in the morning chift made us felt unwelcomed , he did not even smile , then when calling from the room no one picked up the phone by the time they were there chatting With this rudeness and attitude people will never think to come back to that hotel again Hotel is not recommended for families !!!

Review 5：Open sewage system near hotel,the whole area including in the hotel, you will be inhaling sewage odor. Hot water is yellowish color. Clogged bath tub was reported, someone came did nothing about it. Extremely poor wifi connection in my room, but it's ok in lobby area. Safety deposit box has no usage instructions.

Review 9：Personally i think for the amount of money you pay a night is not really worth it if you are staying in the basic room. You can find a lower price for the same basic room in a different hotel. The basic room is very simple and basic.

Review 10：Location was okay not to far from the city. It was clean, including bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

Review 13：the beach in front of us wasn't exactly a proper beach but it was a bit dirty,it didn't matter though.what was really bad is that the pool was dirty , smelled like expired food and I was surprised,the wifi was very,very and very poor that it didn't even work . the staff were very slow that when we call they clame that they will come to our room when they don't even in an hour!but overall it was a good place

Review 14：the room was extra comfortable,the breakfast was delicious and the location was terrific! and we had a really good sleep since the bed was comfortable!and the spa was excellent!

Review 15：5 stars category. Should be 3. Noise and more noise. Pool is extremelly unappealing Room Service is fast but criminal presentation Wi Fi with a non stop of up and down. Thanks God, Hilton opens soon!!!!!

Review 48：On departure I requested Late Checkout 2p.m as our Ferry depts at 3pm. I told the reception guy who was not as pleasant as his colleagues that we would use the Pool and then shower change and have Lunch in their Restaurant prior to departing. He just said Checkout 12 noon even when you book through Booking.com. so I was a bit disappointed and more so my 13 year old grand daughter who loves swimming. so at 10 am we went shopping and had Lunch in a typical Moroccan Restaurant for a few Dirhams so their LOSS.

Review 50：Keep in mind if you're in Morocco when you're not married or have no marriage license the front desk and most Hotels are going to question having one room unless you show marriage papers. This is a Muslim cultural thing and it's just the way it is.

Review 52：Bad management for Director & Staff during Twiza Festival (accross street from hotel) ... They removed people (incl. us) who were sitting in the watching terrasse (claiming security measures), but later opened the terrasse for their staff & friends to watch !!!

Review 60：This hotel was excellent, We have a 9 year old son who also enjoyed this hotel especially the indoor pool which was like a warm bath, The breakfast was excellent with a lot of food and something to eat for everybody. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The room we had was very clean and spacious. We asked for new pillows and got them straight away. We went to the bar on the top floor which offers a good view of Tangers and reasonable prices. We will be coming back. The Marhraoui family.
