Review 1：Our room was on the front of the hotel. Because of the street noise we could not open our windows at night. I would request a room at the back next time.

Review 2：The staff were extremely helpful. At the time of departure the shuttle that we had independently arranged to pick us up did not arrive. We were in a difficilt situation. Eduardo made calls on our behalf and then had Slavo drive us to the next town to pick up the shuttle. They certainly helped us out. Dalia at the front desk was very pleasant and so helpful. The hotel was very clean. Wonderful food. We wanted to try it all so we were constantly full. We loved the shuttle to and from the hill. Pool after skiing was delightful.
