Review 7：Beautiful house in a wonderful location. Amazing roof top terrace restaurant with distant views of Rome. We had walked 30km on via Francigena when we arrived at their door tired and dirty and received a most genuine warm welcome. It says enough that we didn't leave again until the following morning which was earlier than their breakfast so they kindly packed up our breakfast to take away the previous evening. Dinner and wine were wonderful too.

Review 11：Management/Owner Manual was terrific. Friendly and ready to assist even with bags. We need to stop off somewhere prior to depart Rome airport (FMC) Easy and short driver to airport. The B&B is in fact a VERY smart private hotel. Terrific value. The same accommodation in Rome woud be 2 or 3 times the price. 10 min train to Rome.
