Review 1：Breakfast Buffet was not at four star level, Juices were not fresh and there is no one serving Coffee/Milk ( i could not find where to get the milk till the end ), and also you don't get any Mineral water or glasses in room unless for the minibar with 2 plastic cups. *the mini bar is not too overpriced but you have to buy even water as there is none offered freely ( as in every other 4/3 star hotels i saw; at least 1 bottle of water and 2 glasses were there )

Review 2：Nice Value for Money Hotel. Most important thing is rooms were Modern and Clean!! Room Service Personnel was So kind and helpful. Bathroom and supplies were ok, hint for the next customers: take toothpaste/brush + Slippers as you won't find them in room.

Review 3：Good location but very basic facilities. The room was too hot and the telephones in the whole hotel were not working. There was no tea or coffee in the room. The beds were firm but the pillows not comfortable. It was clean but I felt it was just not 4 stars. At the end of the day it was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Review 5：Best breakfast I ever seen in Italy! (usually they are low than average). The hotel is for the price of Ibis with something higher quality. The room was large, spacious and very clean. Free parking and Wi-Fi. The price for all that was more than satisfied. Cheep gas station close to the hotel (very convenient to full the rented car before return to the Verona airport)

Review 59：The air conditioning didn't work in the main bedroom and only marginally in the living space area where the sofa bed and our crib was set up. When I asked the front desk girl about it she told me that was normal in Italy. As I discovered at the 3 additional hotels I stayed at during my holiday...that was not a true statement. The room was also dirty on the floor and in the shower area. There is a very expensive restaurant on sight that's just okay...we ate dinner there, but not breakfasts because of the reviews and the early start we had. They also have a little bar area that you can get pastries, coffee and drinks from. They do offer a shuttle to and from the local airport, but even though we coordinated it they never showed. We ended up paying for a taxi to bring us to the hotel which was about 16 Euro. When we left the next day we ended up waiting over 40 minutes for the shuttle. The same front desk lady as mentioned above was working and she told me that she would ring the driver up and that it should be 10 minutes even though we could clearly see the shuttle out front. What it ended up being is that they guy who was cutting the common area grass out front was also the shuttle driver and we had to wait for him to finish his mowing and cigarette afterwards before we finally got the shuttle. With the exception of the nice man working in the Bar area, the rest of the staff is rude and gives off the feeling that you're "bothering" them when you go to ask any questions from them. All in all...wish we'd heeded the reviews about the Best Western in Verona and stayed there instead. Would not recommend this hotel for families traveling with children.

Review 60：We originally booked this hotel for our one night holdover stay in Verona prior to going to the Gardaland Hotel and Resort. Overall a very disappointing experience and would not recommend this hotel to families. We booked the Quadruple Room which to be fair was very very large with a nice bathroom. That's all the good that I'll say about it.

Probably there are people who can stay in such a room and enjoy the odor... we had hard times. Most of the time there is only 1 person at the reception (for such a big hotel that might sometime create unnecessary queues)

Review 81：It's easy to reach the center from the hotel. It's also possible to jump on the shuttle to the city or the airport. The quality of the room is ok, breakfast is basic with ham, cheese and sweet. Unfortunately, sauna was broken and steam room wasn't really efficient. Can't really complain by paying 60 euros for a double with breakfast.

Review 82：The shuttle to Verona runs intermittently, so may not fit in to your schedule if you're overnighting. Likewise, the shuttle to the airport also runs on a schedule and not on demand. We ended up taking a taxi following a late night airport arrival .

Our room was big, comfortable, and modern. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant.

The pool was very high on the chlorine scale.

Review 130：I liked the service in the restaurant, but what is still increible to me is that I wanted to order another bottle of water without gas by phone after dinner since the minibar had only one that I have taken in the afternoon already and none of the different teams (restaurant, bar, reception) was able to bring a bottle. All said sorry but we work independently from eachother. The nice waitress from the restaurant finally said she can bring me a bottle but only against cash payment.. So, not possible to get it on the final bill! As I had no Cash money available, I had no chance to get another bottle that evening. Very poor!
