Review 1：The staff was very rude, especially at the reception. It was like they were doing me a favor whenever I was asking them something. The restaurant area was much better in that matter and the waiters were gentle and service minded.

Review 2：The structure was very high quality and tall. The breakfast area had a very nice vista over the whole city.

Review 3：Room too noisy - situated next to Breakfast Room so noisy early in the morning with strong breakfast odours. Breakfast very poor. Dinner as good.

Review 6：This is everything an hotel should be. All the staff were friendly and professional, from the check-in to the bar and waiting staff. The room was the best we have stayed in for the money. It was large and comfortable, very clean,and with a balcony overlooking the countryside. The restaurant surprised us with its quality and value. We have spent much more and got considerably less. Secure car parking was underneath the hotel. We look forward to returning.

Review 7：There is nothing near the hotel, we found a cafe for a snack and that was it. All the bars and restaurants in the hotel looked good but were closed. Swimming pool had no water so couldn't use it. Dead atmosphere

Review 17：Not sure if this is a criticism of the hotel or of Booking.com - the hotel restaurant was closed for the month of August. We are not regular travellers to Italy in the summer, and maybe should have realised this would happen. However, the hotel should have told Booking.com or made sure this was notified when a booking was made, as we had to go out each evening to local restaurants and to those in the town centre.

Review 18：Staff are very nice and helpful. The rooms are large and fairly well appointed. Breakfast buffet is good. Gym is pretty basic, but the rooftop pool is excellent. Free parking is always a bonus nowadays

Review 19：Got woken up every morning at 6 six o'clock from the noise coming from the adjacent breakfast room. All the suites are too close to the breakfast room for my liking so next time I'll just book a normal double on a lower floor.

Review 54：Not a bad Hotel, adequate in every way, certainly not a 4 star as some have said before me. Just an older Hotel, showing its years, but having not stopped in the area many times before really nothing to compare, very close to Imola Circuit.
