Review 1：The bed was uncomfortable due to a very hard mattress. When it rained there was a terrible drip on the window sill which kept us awake. The pool and jacuzzi weren't really warm and after a long day you look forward to a nice warm swim! Breakfast was OK but for a 4 star hotel could be much better. Would be nice to have tea/coffee in the room.

The claim about sound proof rooms is very over exaggerated, when people talking in the corridor can easily be heard. The guest information in the bedrooms is so out of date that it was either irrelevant or misleading.
