Review 1：The checkin location was a pain. I had to go to the next town just to checkin and checkout. To add to that all the advertised amenities were at the checkin location and not at the actual hotel I was staying at. Also, they showed they had internet but it was super slow. It took like 30 mins just to log in and simple text messages took forever to upload. This hotel is up on the hill so if you are walking its a nice hike to the hotel.
Review 2：I liked that the room had a kitchen and a nice clean bathroom.
Review 3：The apartment includes all we need, inn terms of kitchen and cooking. It was very clean and comfortable. It was relatively cheap. A wonderful view from the window.

Review 8：First you read that the check-in is in another place, which was fine as we new about it before, but there were NO STAFF AT THE RESIDENCE BOE, we wanted to ask for some info but there were no body there EVER. We got a note about settling our daily fee per person at the reception, and I went to knock at the reception door everyday but there were never anyone there. Please note that the check-out is also at the other hotel. Also the garage spaces are confusing, some are marked but some are not, we weren't sure where to park and just parked anywhere and then got a complain note!!!
Review 9：We had a apartment for 6 people, it was big and comfortable, there were complimentary soap, shampoo, etc. The ski depot was a good thing too. The residence is up a steep hill but the roads are well kept and we never had a problem driving up and down. Over all the residence was nice. At the other hotel where you do the check in you can use the swimming pool and the spa area ( for a small charge), I thought it was nice but never went because it was too far to go after a day of skiing. But it is nice to have the option.
Review 10：Didn't see on site staff at the front desk but then again everything was fine so didn't need to see them.
Review 11：We got room on the top floor so the ceiling was high. Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Balcony with view of mountains. Parking in an indoor garage in basement. All this for a bargain price. Be advise that you check-in in Val Gardena not at the site itself.

Review 14：- check in location is a bit far from the appartment itself (it is in another village!) - appartment location is tricky to be found (better to ask additional map from the check in guy) - we tried to call the residence before our arrival but it was always answering machine in italian or unclear english which at the end gave us another phone numbers depends on our residence (somehow I didnt get Residence Boe number). We came late at 8pm and it was raining so hard. For a short stay definitely not recommended as it took already some time to check in and to find the residence. The check in place is further from the residence from our coming direction (Bolzano) -parking slot is very very tight. It is on basement and doesnt provide enough space to manouvre esp. for big car/station wagon.
Review 15：- view from the balcony was amazing - welcome cookies was delicious - cleaning utensiles were provided (incl. soap to wash the dishes)
Review 16：There is check-in in another hotel in another village and nobody on reception in this one so it was a little trouble without car. I recommend other carless people to go first for registration to Selva di val gardena wolkenstein and then to living place.

Review 23：Wrong information from the reception about the accessibility of the ski resorts - the road to Alpe di Siusi is closed during the working hours (contrary to the reception information).

Review 25：- the hotel is in Santa Christina, but the reception & keys pick up are in the next city (4 kilometers away) - this is not conveninet and it is not clearly marked in the decscription of the hotel (at least I did not see it when I have made the booking) - we have been given a room with a wet floor (the carpet must have been wet-cleaned and did not dry properly), it was full of moisture and the smell was bad; after my intervention we have been given a much bigger room that was OK, but we had to wait for the change of the room for a long time and the reception was not very helpful; - you have to take an up-hill road from the garage, it is not possible to leave the hotel when it is snowing without the snow-chains on your wheels (even 4WD cars had this problem).
Review 26：Wish the description would gave said "studio," instead of just "sleeps three." Description should also say that it is at the top of the hill so arriving late and finding a bus may be difficult.
Review 27：Walk to the bus stop with skis was somewhat treacherous having to walk down to the church also we went to the wrong bus stop, would have been nice to have a schedule and map to the closest bus stop in the welcome packet

Great ski school andinstructors. Friendly bakery down the road and good value supermarket.Underground parking also a bonus. Definitely stay again.
