Review 1：I didn't like the very slow service, the lack of communication and the fact that the hotel, despite the name, does not have a spa.

Review 12：I was disapointed with staff at the Hammam/spa. They did not speak a word of english and when i went for my appointment they told me another client had already been booked at the same time (all this explained by sign language and managing to understand a bit of the french they spoke)

Review 14：The photos on the website look nothing like the actual hotel. From the outside it looks very poor. Check in time was inaccurate, we arrived on time for 12, had to wait for 2.5 hours for our room which was ridiculous. Pool isn't very clean, the bar, lobby and lounge are very pretty. Wouldn't rate this hotel a 4* but wouldn't rate it 3* either.

Review 19：The lobby, restaurant, and pool/garden areas of this hotel are stunning. The location is really close to the port and the old town, and is right across from the beach. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The Phone Nr. mention in booking is wrong , When we asked the reception why nobody answer the phone , he said this phone is wrong by booking , we lost 30 minutes looking for the hotel by car ,Even the policeman from the front of hotel do not know about Atlas .

Review 21：Whatever room you stay in; your tv-set needs some daily fumbling on the cable to get it going (after housekeeping). Haven't seen a bathroom yet where the showerhead was correctly attached to the wall. Breakfast is meager.

Review 27：Stayed here after an absence of a few years and not much has changed. The location right on the seafront next to the port cannot be beaten. The seraview rooms are superb. The staff all speak adequate English. The free wifi was fast and available all over the hotel. Rooms are very clean but a little dimly lit. The only slight downside is the lack of choice of hot options at breakfast but for the price I couldn't really complain. Will definitely be returning here.

Review 28：Only two remarks, the breakfast was not offering a lot of variety, unless you like dry croisants. And taking a quick shower resulted structurally in a mini swimming pool all over the bathroom floor.

We found the hotel totally comfortable and clean, in addition our room was furnished with two really comfortable mattresses. Since we felt at ease during our stay we definitely recommend this hotel!

So，This hotel is the worst one I stayed in Morocco!I would never choose it again!

Review 109：Restaurant food wasn't enough for the hotel guests . We have experienced some difficulties with very rude staff . I spoke to them and pointed out the fact that they needed more training and skills when dealing with the guests but I realized I was wasting my breath and time .

We were delayed at least an hour at checkout since the manager was too lazy to come and authorize a refund that we had been promised the day before, as we cancelled our final night there in advance. No other employee was able to help us and we were treated very impolitely by the staff at the reception. They even made us use our cellphones to make international calls in order to resolve there own bureaucratic problems, instead of using there landlines. Rude and unbelievable.

Review 121：AC did not work in the room, asked they to repetedly fix it, but nothing happend. Bathroom shower door was leaking badly. Some parts of the room was well maintained and other were not. I suppose compared to Moroccan standards, it was a good hotel but for almost 100euro/night, it was poor for european standards.

Review 131：Don't order food at the pool cafe when they are transitioning it to the nightclub - it took forever. Pay the extra money to get a room facing the street. Otherwise you wind up listening to the outdoor nightclub until they turn down the music at 11:30 PM.
