Review 1：Restaurant staff was a bit preoccupied at dinner

Review 2：We stayed for a short night on our way travelling through Italy. We looked for a place close to the highway with good wellness/spa facilities. This is a perfect spot for that. The building looks amazing, the design is clean and simple, beds are really comfortable.

Review 3：This place is amazing .the architecture of the hotel is like a king's palace. But all the amenities are so modern and up to date. The stuffs are very friendly and helpful.

Review 4：Close to airport and highway. Friendly staff. Good fitness room, wellnes also looks fantastic but I didn't go to the wellnes. Good background music in public areas of the hotel.

Review 8：The air conditioning was fixed at 24.4 degrees and not adjustable by the guests...with temps between 35 and 40 degrees the air conditioner was barely effective. Also, the chairs in the room were extremely uncomfortable (particularly the hard plastic theme chair) forcing guests to sit on the bed to relax. Electrical outlets are scarce. Lighting poor in room after sunset. Hotel restaurant selections limited and no local dining options within walking distance of the hotel.

Review 9：The breakfast staff was superb and kept the breakfast buffet well stocked. Covered parking excellent and free...very spacious parking spots. Rooms very quiet.

Review 10：The breakfast area was rather noisy, with young children screaming; granted our visit was in peak season but an area for families with young children/screaming babies away from the rest of the room would be an improvement!

Review 11：The little extras when we ordered drinks from the bar (delicious little nibbles). The spa facilities were great and the couples massage we booked was worth every penny. My husband and I had dinner in the restaurant which was lovely - we had an excellent and friendly waiter who was very knowledgeable about the local wines. When we left we were given a lift to the airport which was less than 5 minutes away - perfect!

Review 12：The air con was set on arctic conditions and controlled centrally, so no way of turning it off. Staff on arrival could have been a little more welcoming, in the restaurant and in the morning there were very friendly.

Review 14：The music at breakfast was not relaxing but rather making people rush the food down. It might be considered more suitable to select music that is not disco music for breakfast. We expected the hotel to maintain some of the atmosphere of the monastry it once was and which it uses in its adverts.
